Product Description ------------------- We've partnered with the executive chef at The Real Greek and used our flavour expertise to develop a range for you to recreate your restaurant favourites at home. Enjoy! Kokkinisto: A seasoning blend with red wine, thyme and cinnamon. Preparation and Usage: Just add: 2 tbs olive oil 450g lean beef, diced 1 onion, diced 2 tbs tomato purée 400ml water 3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Pre heat oven to 180°C, 350°F, mark 5. 2. Heat oil and fry beef and onion until browned, add tomato purée and stir through. Transfer to a casserole dish. 3. Mix seasoning with water and add to casserole. Stir, cover and cook for 1 hour 50 mins, or until meat is tender. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
