This is a great accessory for the dji RC 2 controller. Fits well, protects the screen, shades from the sun so you can see the screen better, and also allows you to keep the sticks in the controller, so you don't have to remove them every time you are done flying.

I picked this up more for the protection of the screen than for sun shade purposes, but it does both well. It's easy to install, it comes with two crews that you use to mount it to the back of your RC controller, just snap it on and hand tighten the screws. What I love about this cover is that you don't have to take off the control knobs off the remote anymore when throwing it a bag, the cover is designed to fit over the controller while the knobs are installed, that's a big plus for me since it saves time and I'm less likely to lose a knob. Cover is lightweight, but sturdy enough that you won't need to worry about your screen being accidentally scratched or cracked while transporting it in a bag with other items. It does provide a nice block of the sun to give you a bit more visibility while flying in high contrast sunny days. I'm very happy with this shield and for the price I think it's well with it for the screen protection alone!

I RARELY write reviews on here. That being said, this product (the sun shield and cover for mini 4 pro) is quite possibly an absolute MUST for DJI mini 4 pro drone pilots. I use a hard case for my drone to prevent it from getting damaged and the joysticks would most definitely get damaged in the case. But with this amazing invention, the joysticks are COMPLETELY COVERED and well protected from external elements. Plus, since I work in the brightest sunlight you could imagine, the shield is definitely necessary. Without the shield, I have to use my hand, a bag, a nearby tree... etc. The fit is impressively sound and tight. It also comes with screws to anchor the cover in place on the controller. Plus, the antenna easily tuck in where they normally do on the controller when this sun shield is installed. The hinge is tight enough to prevent the shield from falling too. I haven't fully stress-tested it in the field over years to see whether the hinge wears out, but so far, I am impressed with the quality of this product!

The hood is made very well, fits very good on the RC. I pinch the control sticks with my thumbs and index fingers, so what happens is the hood gets in the way. If you only use your thumbs, then it's fine for you.

This sun hood / protective cover for my DJI RC2 controller is most excellent! The fit and finish is perfect -- it snaps into place convincingly, and I bet I don't even need to use the screws, but I will just because it finishes off the solution nicely. The sun shade is greatly appreciated on a sunny day, and I love that I can just leave the joysticks in place. Such a huge time saver, and I'm sure in time I'd wear out the threads in time.Bravo, FPVtosky. Nice solution!

Fit my Air3S rc2 perfectly .

Perfect for the DJI RC2, it covers the screen and keeps me from dealing with those stupid sticks!Fit is perfect and has little to no gap and is easily removable with the thumb screws included. You only need 2 but they give you 4 just in case you lost one.Needs no modifying to your control due to it already having threads in the back of the control for such accessories.Have a Blessed day, and happy tinkering!!!

Fits perfectly on my DJI mini pro. Just took a minute to figure out how to install it. It is a sunshade, it helps protect the screen and provides some shading so it does what it is suppose to do. Fits snuggly and seems secure. I like that it allows for the control knobs to remain on when storing it away.

I received the sunhood today, it fits my controller perfectly, however I was supposed to receive a screen protector which was not in the packaging.
