Took the plunge and bought this bike as I could do with losing a few pounds,I must say firstly it's rather heavy so you may need a little help if setting it up in bedroom upstairs or take it up in bits as I did, it was very easy to assemble,around half hour to complete. The set up and build instructions are basic but easy to understand but computer info could do with being more informative and clearer as to how to use it properly,that bit is the only setback. It has plenty of options,12 presets which simulate a ride and the options to devise your own,loads of info on large clear screen regarding time ,calories,heart rate,watts,distance etc, not sure how accurate they are ?????? The bike is sturdy and almost silent in use,seat is a little uncomfortable as some others have mentioned but nothing major. I think for the price (I paid £219 ) its a rather decent bike for the money,and I'm a tight Yorkshireman . Delivery was earlier than stated which makes a nice change. Only had it just over a week so to early to tell any results but may update later . Great bike and I'm happy with service

Decent piece of kit Silent. Saddle can be uncomfortable Bit of a pain to put together. Needs two people. Overall happy.

Viavito have made the bike so incredibly easy to build, parts well labelled, instructions easy to follow and once put together really sturdy well built machine, the lcd screens very bright, took a min to work out the settings, and there is lots of adjustments you can make to the seating height/angle/handlebar angle, an absolute bargain at 200 quid really pleased, perfect for a fatty patty like me to loose a bit of weight. Good quality item that's comfortable to use and easy to move for storage

It might seem a bit strange to talk about sturdiness when it comes to exercise equipment but this bike has surprised me by not only being very easy to put together, but also easy to move around and remarkably hard-wearing. It's been used almost every day for close to five years now and it's still going strong. In terms of functionality, it has a range of pre-installed programs to suit a variety of workouts, but it also allows you to make your own and save it as well. It's been an absolute godsend to me - especially during the pandemic. Granted it may not be as sleek or good looking as some other machines on the market, but in terms of sturdiness and functionality, and as a genral-use exercise bike it really can't be beaten for the price.

Good sturdy bike and assembly following the YouTube video straightforward. Easy to use but I cannot manage to set the preset hill profiles correctly. I believe there are many preset levels of difficulty that can be programmed into each profile but even the lowest effort setting is almost impossible. So I am doing something wrong or the system is faulty. I have contacted the company on two occasions by email and haven’t received a reply. So I use the manual setting and increase the load in a more random manner. Hope the company reply if something serious happens to the bike.

I have a bad back and so I had tried several bikes that were not comfortable at all. This is great. The handle bars are adjustable so I can bring them towards me, which means I dont have to lean forward. The seat is height adjustable and tips back and forward. My only issue is I needed an additional gel cover, but I think due to my back, I am very sensitive in my hip and groin area. My daughter sat on it and had no issue at all. She said it was way more comfy than hers. The dashboard is easy to use. And it has a really low easy level for me but there seems to be lots of harder workouts for those who can. All in all I think this would be great buy for someone on a budget, I was tempted by a £900 Nordictrak but glad I saved my money as my gel seat was only an extra £25

Haven't had a single issue since purchase. Can use with iConsole app or Kinomap app without issue
