I wanted a good quality MTC oil because I heard about it on a YouTube site I like for healthy recipes, gardening & tips. I don't have lots of money but I am over 70 & have health issues so this sounds promising. I do need to be more consistent but I think there seems to be better clarity for myself which is a big deal at my age. I haven't used as much as a tablespoon but we shall see. I use it in my morning coffee so far. I may try it in a salad dressing. Wine, vinegar, etcAs most here say, there is a issue with the top. It leaks down the side when pouring. What I do is put it into a plastic squeeze bottle with a pull up top. I hope that doesn't hurt the quality which is very good. Maybe I will buy a better & safer dispenser.One question that I have, if anyone knows, is what percentage of the C8 & C10 are? I read that C8 is a little better tolerated but C10 has its own benefits too. The oils that I researched seem to use a 60/40 ratio. (more C8)

Really like MCT oil. I have read a lot about how good it is for health and have begun to take it daily. I find adding to my smoothie is best as I don't notice it like when I added to my coffee. I do notice that if I stop using and then go back to it that my body has to adjust and it does tend to give me loose stools for a few days til my body regulates. So maybe good for those with constipation. Lots of benefits of this product, I've lost weight while using this, I also am watching food so not sure only due to this or combo but it can't hurt. I like this product a lot.

I like the product itself, just started using it and good so far. What I didn’t appreciate was that you shipped a bottle of oil in a box with no packaging inside and no tape on top of bottle to protect it. As you can see from the photo, it leaked everywhere which was a mess and cause me to loose product I paid for. Very disappointed and will consider purchasing from a different seller or a different brand in the future because if this.

I absolutely love love love the benefits of this high quality oil.I would like to make a recommendation to change to the top. EVERY time I pour the oil it leaks down the side of the bottle. Some of the product is wasted because it leaks down the side of the bottle. Please consider updating it soon. Thank you.

I always have a good experience with Garden of Life products. This MCT oil is no exception. I love having it in my morning coffee. I have been using the powdered form of MCT oil ( from a different brand) and decided to switch to the oil form because I hear it works even better for revving up your fat-burning abilities. I was worried that it would upset my tummy, but because I am used to MCT oil from the powdered form, this liquid form did not have any negative digestive consequences. It has a slight coconut flavor, which I like. Surprisingly, I lost another 5 pounds even though I'm no longer on Keto. I just love Keto coffee (without the butter) and never gave up the habit.
