Practically Perfect in Every Way!
Absolutely terrific swim fins!! They foot like a glove. On first usage, there was no rubbing or blisters or pain, just smooth swimming. Very effective for leg work and arm strengthening as well. Very helpful for a swim spa owner navigating in a slippery spa as well. I can't recommend these enough. Thank you!!! Don't hesitate to pick up a pair today!!!

Great swim fins!
These are great training fins, but they definitely run small. I have an 11 wide shoe so I ordered the extra large and they fit great. I am sure the large fans would have been too small for me.

They have a better fit/feel over Zoomers swim fins
Great product!!!...this is my 4th set over several years. They have a better fit/feel over Zoomers swim fins and for those of you with high arched/dorsal boss atop foot, there is less rubbing and irritation, though be ready to replace every couple of years as they seem to start to break down and tear around the entry area.

Narrow in toe opening, large heel opening. Lightweight.
I have worn these fins for over a year now for lap swimming but they have started to rip.(see picture) I like them as the back opening does not dig into the heel, and they are lightweight. What I haven't liked about them is the toe opening, which seems to be narrower than other brands. If you are wide in the toes, the sides might pinch. Also, due to the lower throat on the foot opening, sometimes the fit at the heel is too loose. I like to be able to feel the wall to push off with both feet evenly when doing flip turns, so I cut the fronts straight. (see picture) This results in them looking more like the old Speedo Zoomers training fins.

If Crocs Made Swim Fins They Would Make These
I started doing laps 4 or 5 days a week and for the first few weeks it was brutal. My form was so bad I was just kind of thrashing around feeling as if I was going nowhere and my breathing was completely screwed up - basically I had forgotten everything from high school swim team. I started losing interest... After reading a lot about lap swimming and watching a few videos I decided I would try fins. I'm 5' 9" 135 pounds and usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe (depending on brand). The L size of these fins fit me perfectly. I put them on, stood up, walked about five feet and thought, "Yep, these are my fins now". In the pool they aren't the fastest fins in the world, actually far from it, they're only 12 inches from heel to toe, which is very short for "short" fins. But, speed isn't everything. What they do is give you just enough of a push to give you some momentum so you can work on your stroke. They also make you keep you ass up and your chest down in the water so you swim much faster due to less drag. They are insanely comfortable, the colors are nice (I got the green) and the price is right. If you are a beginner or want short fins that won't let you cheat too much when doing laps these are it. One word of caution - DO NOT WALK ON WET TILE WEARING THESE FINS. Their grip is terrible and unless you are an expert in wearing fins on land you're going to trip and on tiles around a pool it's going to hurt. Highly recommended. even for experienced swimmers who don't need the speed of longer fins. p.s. When you first get them they have an aroma - it's kind of like old school perfume that your grand mother or old aunt would wear and it's quite nice : )

I'm very happy with purchase! Realty help me swimming my laps in preparation of up coming events! They fit perfectly. I normally wear a nine wide shoe.

Wear Both Of Them Or You'll Swim In A Circle
I swim half a mile twice a week and this is my second pair of CAPAS Short Blade Swim Training Fins. I bought this second pair partly because I like them and partly because I wanted to color coordinate with the new swim trunks I got for my birthday (this fool can rule looking cool at the pool). Unlike training wheel on a bike, training fins don't keep you from falling. Rather, they create additional resistance when kicking. This intensifies your workout and strengthens your legs, making for a better workout when swimming. The high quality silicone strikes a perfect balance of strength and sturdiness with flexibility and comfort. They are easy to put on and take off. I also like that they float. I would definitely purchase these again. Oh wait... I just did!

Comfy feels like a slipper
Love these new training fins. I swim almost daily. These fins slip on like a dream the cup is soft & no break in period was needed. I was able to swim 1,150 yards with no problem & increase my time. The blade is stiff enough to kick it up a notch. My husband is a 13 quad E, I’m a 5. These fit him as well in the XXL largest size. I have a small foot & these fit perfectly. I tried TYR hydro blade they were too floppy with too much lateral shift as well as too large in the smallest size, as well as heavy. Fun addition to my morning swim. Love these little fins.

Nice, comfortable little fins
Excellent little fins. I have pronounced bunions on both feet and therefore I was concerned that the firm rubber would hurt my feet. However, they fit really well. I wear women's 9-9.5, so ordered the M. The heel is snug enough to keep them secure in the water, and they are wide enough across the toes to accommodate my awkward feet. I like that they are short because they allow me to kick off the wall for each turn when lap swimming.

las aletas son cerradas de las puntas (zona de los dedos) y me producen rozaduras. No las podré utilizar

Super comfy, running a bit small, good for beginners /building leg strength & improving technique.
Oh I ❤️ these! Though, like other flippers, they're running a bit small. Size M fits at most EU size 41.5, not 42. If you're 42 or 41.5 with a bulky foot go up a size. For reference: I have shoe size 41.5 in runners (asics /New Balence) with a medium width; and size M in these flippers just so fits me. They're actually a little bit short but thanks to the toe-hole still wearable; width is perfect for a medium foot. The soft silicone molds to the foot, so, unlike other hard rubber flippers these are uber comfy. Yet they are light and float a bit. :)
