They are good. Not the capsules but are the tablet form. The capsules are easier to swallow. Good even though. Recommend instead of the extremely high priced name brand item. They do exactly the same thing and costs fraction of the name brand.

Right after I started using this I started having problems with Constipation, I did not put 2+ 2 together because I figured thWat fruit and veggies could not possibly cause problems with constipation. But I have been taking this now for 6 months and have not been able to figure out what was causing my bowel movement problems. Then I started to read other reviews that people have made and found that low and behold I am not the only one with this problem - so I have stopped taking it and guess what, things are MUCH better now. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone even our worst enemy.

The reason I purchased these supplements was in the description it stated they are chewable and tasty with fruits having a dragonfruit flavor and the vegetables having a matcha flavor. When I received the bottles both said take with a glass of water. I have enough pills to swallow without adding more !!! Very disappointed !!!
