It's not Campagnolo - at least the one delivered to me isn't - it's a piece of plastic with none of the usual Campagnolo packaging, documentation and branding.

Universal fit to most bikes
I wanted to fit wider 45c tires to my Cannondale Topstone 4. The tires fit but the derailleur cable was very close to the tire and I could feel rubbing every now and then. So I found this adjustable guide, perfect for the job. I had to make some small tweaks cutting back the ends. It works perfectly. I was able to move the cable out by 5mm which is all I needed. very happy.

Replacement on my Trek 720
I used on a rebuild of my Trek 720. The old one was getting brittle and I was concerned it might break. This is very close in design and size to the unit that came with the Trek 720 and seems to function well. Because this has a slot for the fastener and not a single hole, you have to figure out where to place this on the axle hub so it is positioned correctly for the shifter cables by noting where the old device would have located the cables.
