OK for basic repairs
Inserts are OK, though the outer thread is too fine. The screwdriver slots jam the thread holes when torqued. A far better design would be a hex recess in the insertion end

M12 Inserts
These are excellent I had an injector hold down bolt hole and the thread had stripped a helicoil kept failing within minutes of being started. These are solid and hold the injector bolt down perfectly probably stronger than the original thread! Don’t waste time and money on helicoils use these very easy to fit and right for the job very pleased!
