This product has helped my skin and scalp from the woes of hard water. Though it doesn't work complete miracles, it has made a significant difference for my skin and hair. Great value for money, particularly if you have a subscription, and the water filter itself is the best I have used. Super easy to install, and durable even for novice installation.

Say no more to rusty iron pipe issues!! Ok so this review is legit , bought the pricey filter myself, was not paid or encouraged to leave any review from anyone else... So I bought the filter back in February and it has been great... Does the job like it claims. Hands down. Definitely has helped me combat my dry skin and troubled dry scalp, and has great water pressure too. So just need to mention - the first installment , up until the 2nd time I had to change the filter inside the Jolie Shower head myself -has been great...!! The second time I had to change the filter , I'm unsure of what happened to make the shower head become stuck together.. Making it impossible to replace the inside filter cartridge. I tried everything , dealt w/the Jolie customer service through email (and they're actually prompt on returning emails) for what seemed like a long time going back and forth about DIY on removing the inside replacement filter. WHICH nothing worked. It was like cemented together. The shower head for some reason got stuck together , I could unscrew it from my shower pipe - but taking the Jolie Shower head apart to replace the filter was impossible. It would not open for anything 😒.. first filter replacement was cool, second it was not budging at all.. Thankfully , this company offered a complete warranty upon your first purchase of the Jolie Shower head and I'm so glad I registered my product; bcuz THEY DO HONOR THEIR WORD ... With all this being said : I do recommend investing in this product , I've used many filters while living in this apartment and this has been the winner, with the most bang for my buck. . Their customer service is on point , their warranties offered worked like a charm (of course it was not an overnight process , I had to communicate only through emails, however once things were clear-they replaced my Jolie shower head, and shipped it to me as promised... Lastly... Importantly: So if you do buy Jolie, I honestly recommend you to NOT over tighten the actual component.. Get the shower head onto your shower pipe, make sure its secured without leaking, use your Teflon tape and tools the company also provides in their cute packaging- When it comes to replacing the inside filter - MAKE sure you pay attention to what direction you place the filter cartridge within the shower head. They do not say specifically what side goes in first , I noticed that when I replaced the second time ..I even reached out to the customer service making sure I would not put the cartridge in upside down, even though there is no "upside down" i do believe it makes a difference. Third time I tried to replace the filter inside it, it was so stuck like it was cemented... They replaced it entirely , thankfully. Trust the company Register your products ensuring your warranties are active. Pay attention to the filter cartridge when it comes time to replace - Don't over tighten the shower head , once your replace your filter inside. .. Hopefully this review both helps you the consumer and also helps the company to know that we may actually be putting he shower filter in upside down after all (even though it filters both ways, I think it makes the chances of it getting stuck higher ) I Love this product and customer service I am a fan and am here to tell you this 20 minute write up from me is bcuz its a credible experience. You can trust it.

The shower head is pretty and all but the holes started to clog up on the first month of using it not to mention I noticed nothing different regarding my hair or skin so i got a little suspicious. I took out the filter and poured water on top of it to see if the water comes out clear, when i tell that water was BROWN it did absolutely nothing I bought it in the first place to filter out the debris and it did absolutely NOTHING. All these 5 star reviews are all placebo effect cuz that thing doesn’t work and to think i paid almost $200 for it :(

I *LOVE* this thing. My hair had some sort of film on it that I could not shake and it was driving me insane. Nothing helped - I didn't wash it for a week, washed it every other day, washed it every third day, washed it every day, washed it while praying to the hair gods for help. I cleaned all my hairbrushes, I stopped using hair bands. I have tried K Murphy, New Hair Wash, Malin, Prose, Volu and all of these other fancy hair products. I tried all the cheap products. Products without sulfates. NOTHING WORKED. NOTHING! My hair always had this film on it, especially in the back - it felt almost wet. Gross. Enter this showerhead. My hair stylist treats my hair every 3 months and the residue is off for like 1 day before it is back. She said I should try it and I scoffed at the price but then realized I've been spending more on hair care for a year trying to fix this. So, I decided to give it a go..... My box came via Amazon that next day, and it was in a cute blue cube that was so impossible to open. After I destroyed it like the rabid animal I am, I opened it and didn't want to wait for my husband, so I actually installed it myself. Let me be clear - I NEVER install anything myself. I don't even hammer nails into my walls. But, they had the cutest little set of instructions and wrench and I was so desperate for results that I did it! I felt quite proud of myself and while the directions said it should take 10 minutes (or at least I think that they did), it took me 20 to make sure I did it right. Either way, I felt like yelling to the world that I actually installed my own shower head. If I can do it, so can you. Ok, but now to the results - I took a shower and got out and dried my hair and IT IS LIKE THE HAIR OF AN ANGEL. Smooth, silky, NO RESIDUE. It's gorgeous. It's perhaps the best hair I have ever had in my 42 years on this earth. IT IS FREAKING PERFECT. I immediately got on instagram and facebook and told everyone and showed everyone because I'm that thrilled with it. Now realize, the thing is big - like the showerhead is large. Mine is giant and red and looks like I've attached a space ship to my shower. I also didn't realize until now that I have to buy replacement filters every 3 months ($33 on Jolie with a subscription), but for hair THIS PERFECT - WORTH IT. I have zero regrets. And, I love hard water b/c I don't like to feel soap and it doesn't change your water so that is an added bonus. RUN over to the "add to cart" and get it. Now. Before the world learns of this secret. Trust me, you will love it.
