This has got to be one of the best purchases I've made. Comes in very handy when you want to grill but the weather is bad, or you live in an apartment that does not allow outdoor grilling. This baby can handle everything, burgers, steaks, chicken, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. It cooks everything to perfection, word of note the grill/griddle combo seems to cook a little higher than the set temperature so maybe consider cooking lower than what it recommends. It also cleans up easily with soap and water for the grill and griddle plates and the removable lid being dishwasher safe.

I have to say I love this grill. I purchased this after getting tired of a smoky kitchen when I would try and cook steaks in a frying pan on the stove. It would always make a mess and the house would be smoky. I saw this and loved the idea of the “smokeless” grilling. I have used it a few times now and just love it. It does have a few draw backs like the cord is a little shorter than I’d like, and you have to time how long the plate has been heating up (which it had an indicator light when it reached temp). It grilled the burgers I cooked perfectly, and the steaks came out good as well. I did keep the lid closed to limit the amount of grease splatter, but it can make a little mess depending on what you’re cooking. But other than that, I would recommend this product to anyone who can’t grill outside.

I’d say this is like a 4.5. While it may be “smokeless” it’s definitely not “meat steamless.” I’ve cooked ribeyes, burgers, eggs, and bacon on it. I’ve been on a specific diet so was looking for a way to cook my own food while traveling. This works great on a hotel patio or balcony, but your room will smell lime In N Out if you use it indoors. The removable plates make it very easy to clean.
