They arrived packaged very well , with styrofoam and bubble wrap. They were very easy to unpack and assemble. The directions were very clear. The color of the lamp and the shade are nice. The ‘nightlight’ feature was the main reason I purchased these lamps. We like to watch movies and the regular light is distracting and reflects in the TV screen. The nightlight is perfect. There is enough light to see the remote or walk around easily. The main lamp is not very bright, even on the highest setting. It is good for mood/atmosphere but not for tasks. The touch feature works well. Overall I am pleased and would recommend these lamps.

These lamps are great! They go perfect in my living room. They are the perfect brightness and work great.

When my wife showed me this product in a photo, it looked great, but photos lie. I was afraid it would be cheap and the bulbs would be broken due to cheap packaging. However, I extremely impressed with the packing, as there was no way the bulbs could be broken short of a disaster. It was not cheap either. Very nice metal construction, easy assembly and it looks great in the space where we put it. This might be dumb, but I was also grateful that the instructions included the product part numbers for the bulbs. This will be important for replacement purposes. I was expecting cheap and got a sturdy product. Thank you.

The lamps look good but two things I am not happy about. One the three way bulbs that come with them are not very bright even at the brightest level. Second turning the lamp on and selecting which level of brightness by touching the base has its moments. Not always but at times I am tapping away to get the lamps to work. But overall they are decent lamps. Also the buying process and shipping process went well.

This pair of lamps is exactly what I wanted. They are not too large and do not take up too much space. The lamp is made well, including the shade. I appreciate the option of the 2 separate lights - the lower light is very bright! The touch-power design is wonderful and the addition of a charger-port makes it the perfect lamp to sit next to the sofa. I would highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I was so looking forward to these stylish lamps! I read the reviews and had full confidence that I purchased what I have been looking for in new lamps for our family room. Unfortunately, they arrived damaged. One of the “nightlight” bulbs was broken, separated from the bottom metal part and unable to screw into the lamp. The other lamp has a defective switch, when turning the nightlight part on it works but does not turn off when flipping the switch. The nightlight also sits crooked in the lamp which is irritating. The first night I had the lamps on, after about 2 hours they automatically dimmed themselves with no contact with the lamp (they are touch lamps, no rotary switch). I thought maybe it had something to do with the outlets I had them plugged into so we switched. They continue to automatically dim after a certain amount of time while on full setting. I don’t see this being a feature anywhere in the description? I wanted to give the seller a chance to make this right because I read that they have exceptional customer service, but unfortunately Amazon would not allow me to speak with the seller, instead stating that a third party company was in charge of shipping and they would issue me a refund on a gift card so I could “reorder the lamps.” I informed them I wanted either replacements or a full refund, and I wouldn’t be replacing the lamps with these same ones. Thankfully the refund was issued pretty quickly but I am disappointed that I have two defective lamps now and still on th hunt for better ones.
