WILL buy again

Came exactly how it looks, I got the macaroons and they were a bit hard to build but so cute in the end! I also got the baked potato and it was so cute!! The dino taco was from B&M

Good fun

Ordered these for myself as I love miniatures and any type of handicrafts, and also as lots of adults seem to be making them on YouTube. They look really fun, and nice to do. I’m honestly excited to make these.

Missing part

This item arrived safely but as a birthday present. My granddaughter was very disappointed to find that the tray to build the food on was missing from the package, there was just an empty plastic bag.

Middle Class Kinder Egg

I remember when a Kinder Egg cost 35p, and the toys were actually good. After the delicious outer chocolate layer you would discover a model to build with a reasonable number of pieces that fit together to make some sort of figurine or car. Nowadays, they are 3 times the price and 3 times less fun. In most cases, you dont even get to build what you find, and need a smart phone with internet access to get the full enjoyment, and I use the term enjoyment loosely! Regardless, the excitement was trying to find a new character for your ever growing collection.Random mystery items are a gold mine. Weather they are the afore mentioned Kinder Eggs, dolls with accessories or mini figures of varying rarity hidden behind blind bags in a box, if you are a collector then you will keep buying them until you have the set. This of course often leads to the annoyance of having multiple of the same item, but half of the fun comes from the mystery of opening it.My 9 year old daughter has been collecting these Miniverse balls for a little over a year. She is quite creative and enjoys any activity that allows her to be crafty. The prices of these balls can vary depending on the series or set. Primarily they contain individually wrapped plastic components and resin to make a miniature food item, from ice cream to Sunday roasts. The instructions are basic and often just pictorial but then they are pretty straight forward to assemble. I always put a matt down as the resin can be quite damaging to tables or other surfaces, especially if it sets. Speaking of setting, you will need a UV torch to harden the project. Some of the larger balls come with one, but most dont. Using a torch only takes around 2-5 minutes for it to be hard. It does state that you can leave them in sunlight to set, but here in Grim England you could be waiting a while, and I have have left some on a window sill for days to find the resin is still tacky. One of the good things with these sets is even if you end up with a duplicate item you can still make it differently to before. The set also comes with a stand to display your item, as well as forks/spoons/straws depending on the food type. The 'ingredients' themselves are well made and packaged in their own 'tiny' packaging, weather its a little tub for the ice cream or a box of cereal. It really is well thought out and all these touches add to the experience of making mini foods. The brand themselves have expanded into other miniature items including a home range with plants and flowers, and a pet range with tiny fish tanks and terrariums. I have just ordered from the recently released new 'spa' range where you can create fully usable mini soaps and bath bombs. What I like about this brand is that the fun continues once you have opened all the bags up, they are not simply put to one side and forgotten about, my daughter is so proud to show us her finished piece and explain why she placed the items the way she did. She proudly displays her creations on a shelf in her bedroom and always shows them off. I guess the only downside is that they are a bit expensive for what they are, but everything of this nature is. You can find some good deals if you keep checking, and you get around 30 minutes of fun activity out of each ball.

Way too overpriced

Product barely had anything to showcase, I'll give it 3 stars since my little sister enjoyed it but disappointed with the price since the product doesn't have a lot to show

Cute

Quick and easy to make. Very good quality but expensive.
