LOVED!!! Got better sleep and felt better overall!!!! Simple to use and so much more convenient than soaking. I used for 10 days and not one set stuck onto my foot well so I wore socks over them. I read reviews beforehand...toxins are mostly clear to an orangeish tint and seems like some people that gave bad reviews were thinking they were being scammed since the pad turns black with water...not realizing the black is a mixture of the pad, sweat and toxins.

They do the job, my feet are much smoother on the bottom and toenail is clearing.

These pull out a lot of black substances that are believed to be toxins. If it effectively removes toxins, then this product performs exceptionally well.

I had 3 from awhile ago, so I put one on before I went to bed. When I got up in the morning, the whole pad was black. the next night I put the 2nd one on , in the am , it was half full. Next morning, just a tiny bit around the edge. So I decided I better get another pack, still just a little after 2 times. So I might wait about a month and pull out some more. Works good.

I have done lots of various detox process, but it was difficult to tell if I noticed a difference. The adhesion on these pads are durable and they stayed on all night. I didn't notice any pain relief or difference in overall feeling in my body. The size seems a bit small, but I guess they just adhere to the middle section of your foot. They are easy to use and smell nice. Overall, I would not buy again as I didn't see a noticeable change in overall health after 20 days of use.

Can't say I really felt anything ... but they seemed to work as they suggest, just not sure anything real feel wise happened.

These foot pads are wonderful for detox and actually seem to be a good sleep aid as well. This is the original brand, so no worries about fake knockoffs. The smell is pleasant as compared to a cheaper version. Taking off one star because they are so much more expensive, and unfortunately the glue on these isn't very good so has to be worn with socks or tape to hold on overnight. I'm trying the more economical second best brand as well, but good chance will return to these in the future.
