I was waking up with headaches and shoulder tension almost every morning. This stopped that. No matter how many hours of sleep I slept, I still woke up tired and depressed. I've tried regular fluffy pillows, tempur-pedic, memory foam, but nothing had helped. This pillow has changed all of that. I've woken up peacefully, my body is relaxed, and no headaches! The quality of the pillowcase is great, it's smooth and cooling. Best of all, it has options to support your neck and head while laying flat or while sleeping on your side. The only down side is it's hard to sleep on other pillows now while traveling without it. Despite being more expensive than the average pillow, spending money on your health is always worth it.

Wish I never threw out the Amazon box, should’ve tried the pillow first! It’s hard as a rock!! $300 for this… it’s narrow, and too low, feels like a brick. Gives me more neck pains. Throwing it in the trash

I normally don’t write reviews but after experiencing how much we enjoyed these Kanuda pillows, i felt i had to share. My husband and i have both struggled with neck and shoulder pain for years, and we’ve gone through more pillows than i can count: memory foam, contour, cooling, even ones labeled “orthopedic.” None of them really made a difference. When our Kanuda pillows arrived, we immediately noticed the attention to detail. The box itself felt premium, and the thank-you note was a nice touch. Everything was neatly packaged, and the pillows expanded perfectly within minutes of being unwrapped. From the first night, the difference was clear. The pillow feels supportive yet soft, gently keeping the neck and shoulders aligned without any stiffness. We both woke up without the usual tightness or tension, which hasn’t happened in a long time. The shape feels natural, not forced, like it was designed to work with your body rather than against it. I wasn’t sure about the silky pillow cover at first, but it stays cool and comfortable throughout the night, and now I actually love it. It adds to the sense of calm when you lie down. It’s only been a short time, but both of us are sleeping better and waking up with less strain. This feels like a pillow that was truly designed with care, something that prioritizes comfort, alignment, and lasting relief.

I've tried just about every well known pillow brand over the years. Tempurpedic, Purple, Casper, and some of the cheaper options that claimed to be orthopedic on Amazon. None of them ever felt quite.. right. As someone who has struggled to get decent sleep for the last decade, finding Kanuda was the last straw before I looked into customized pillows. Let me tell you, after the first night I was instantly convinced that this was THE pillow for me. I even had my husband try it, but he didn't find it as comfortable, probably because he has a different head shape. (I think he would fit the andante better) I was hesitant at first but when you wake up in pain every morning, it stops being about the money. Relief is priceless. And For me, this pillow has been worth every cent. If you struggle with sleep or neck discomfort, I’d genuinely recommend giving Kanuda a try

I wanted something to help with neck tension that builds up from sitting at a computer all day. This really helps when I sleep on my back.. it feels like my neck finally relaxes instead of straining forward. I tend to roll to my side during the night and it’s not quite high enough for that position, but for back sleeping it’s excellent. The material feels premium, not cheap foam. if you’re a back sleeper with tight shoulders or a forward head posture like me, it’s definitely worth a try.

HORRIBLE 👎👎👎👎👎 This is, without question, the worst cervical pillow I have ever purchased. The website marketing is incredibly convincing—you’re led to believe you’re buying a premium, clinically supportive product. That could not be further from the truth. This pillow performs worse than inexpensive cervical pillows I’ve purchased on Amazon. Unfortunately, I didn’t begin using it until after the return window had closed, which makes this even more frustrating. For reference, I am a 5’2” female, and this pillow fails completely at basic alignment—both for back and side sleeping. • On my back: there is essentially no cervical support at all. My neck is not supported, and there is no proper contouring to maintain neutral alignment. • On my side: the pillow lacks adequate height and structure, leaving my neck unsupported and out of alignment. Even worse, the area designed for side sleeping is uncomfortably hard, to the point that it has aggravated my TMJ, which had not bothered me in over 15 years. For a product priced around $300, I expected thoughtful design, proper ergonomic support, and relief from neck strain. Instead, this pillow delivers none of those things. I am genuinely perplexed by the positive reviews. From my experience, this product does not support the cervical spine, does not maintain alignment, and does not deliver on any of its claims. At this point, I can say with complete confidence that a rolled towel placed under the neck provides better support than this pillow. The marketing is all smoke and mirrors. The product itself is ineffective, overpriced, and poorly designed. Do not waste your money. I would not recommend this to anyone—especially not to patients seeking proper cervical support. I’ve struggled with my neck and lower back for a while, so I looked into a lot of brands before purchasing. After sleeping with this pillow for just one night, the neck pain eased right away. I usually prefer pillows that are on the higher side, and since there were different height options, I took time to choose carefully and went with Andante. Feels like I finally found the one that fits me.
