It works - follow the instructions
Good product, some customers have stated it does not stick to the roof. When it arrives keep it next to a radiator so the glue is at room temperature. When applying use a heat gun to warm up the glue, press onto the roof with a roller and apply heat at the same time. I used a primer so the flashing tape had a good key.

Easy enough to apply, nice and sticky.
I used this to seal the bottom edge of my workshop/shed which has a small leak allowing rain water in. It was easy to apply, nice and sticky. Even with this cold weather spell (around 7c, the product recommends applying in 5c or above), I used a blow-torch to slightly heat up where I was applying it anyway. I used my gloved fingers and took my time to press along the edges and it stuck on, ensuring I pressed edges into any grooves/dips inthe wood of the shed and well into/over any screw holes. Time will tell if it works good, but given how well it went on I have good hopes it'll do the job! If I can update/edit this review, I'll report back in a few weeks and let you know.

Good stuff
Bought to fix a leak on a lean to roof. Did the job, however to get it to stick needs to be heated when in place. I used a hot air stripper.

Good product, choose weather conditions to apply as the stickyness becomes more when hotter.
Arrived in perfect condition, no knocks to the side of tape. Rolled out nice and clean. Had to make a 90 degree bend in the tapes 100mm width, which it did very well. The weather was cold at the time of installation, which in my case, was good, as the tape was easy to place without always sticking to itself.

Excellent product
I used this very sticky flashing tape to repair rotting, but very dry wood on the lower half of my summer house doors before - the rain arrived. It worked a treat! I used 2x10m rolls and this completed 8 doors perfectly using 4 x15mil wide strips on each door panel (43W x 47H) Don't forget to allow extra for the overlaps... I used very sharp, long-bladed scissors to cut the required strips and it cuts like butter and is easily shaped. I found a knife 'gummed up' very quickly and did not cut nearly as neatly as the scissors. It's worth having some white spirit to hand to clean your tools. Don't be tempted to pull the backing off before you have the flashing in exactly the right position. Once it's stuck it's a nightmare to unstick! Be advised that it comes off the roll wrinkled and there's nothing you can do to iron them out. You can overpaint easily with water based paint. (two coats.) I would recommend for all sorts of jobs.

Important - read the review!
I tried to fit this in relatively cold weather, which I really wouldn't recommend. You need to make sure the flashing tape and the surface you are sticking it to are warm for it to be sticky. I did try a blow torch to start off with, but this didn't work as good as a hair drier. I worked along the roof in roughly 50cm sections heating the wall, the roof and the tape for a good 2 to 3 minutes before starting to stick it down. If you do it right, it will stick well. It takes a long time, but it does work and it is worth it. It makes a good seal, I think it helped that I did chase it into the wall - I didn't help that I was sticking this on a stone built house and the face of the stone is extremely uneven and unlevel. I haven't had a leak since I put it on, so only time will tell how long it will last for. It is much cheaper than lead though so I can't complain.

Not great
Not sure if I received a bad batch, but this was not very sticky at all. Ended uo fixing it using a sealnt to get a secure fix. Disappointing.

Before you buy
It's not self adhesive, you need to buy a primer to apply to the area or you heat the take up ith a heat gun softening it up and melting it to make it sticky. Must admit after using a heat gun it's bonds extremely well straight into the material. Can use a cloth to push it in whilst it's hot.
