Not properly Sun baked, and intensely Saltly.
Not properly sun exposed. Very unripe, and intensely salty. There is tremendous scope to improve.

Good but dripping in oil
Their recipe priobably calls for the pickle to be submerged in oil and thats what it is. The garlic cloves are literally swimming in oil. The spices are ground in a paste form and not kept granular as in most other pickles. The taste is distinct, different from most other garlic pickles I have tried and its the right amount of spicy and the heat of the chillies is not overpowering as its red color may suggest. The best thing is that the garlic is not cooked or blanched and has a crispy bite. All in all a fairly good pickle but not exceptional. It comes in a plastic jar instead of glass for which I have taken one star away.

Large Pack Doesn’t Match Sample – Different Taste
Hello farm didi mujhe aapse ek shikayat hea recently Maine aapse ek garlic Achar kharida hai isase Pahle Maine aapka sample pack Bhi kharida Tha jismein Mujhe sabse Achcha garlic Achar hi Laga aur isiliye maine Ek Bada 300 gram ka garlic Achar order Kiya but last time ke jaise is bar ka achar Acha Nahin Hai garlic theek se Gali Hui Nahin Hai aur isiliye uska test Achcha Nahin lag raha hai or oil ka test bhi sample pack jesa nahi lag raha sadly bolna pad raha hai ye umid nahi thi sample product kuch or Real product kuch or he receive hua 😕 I ordered the large pack after trying the sample first because I really liked it. However, the product I received in the large pack is not the same as the sample I tested. The taste is completely different, and the quality does not match what I expected. I feel very disappointed because I trusted the sample and placed a bigger order based on it. I was expecting the same flavor and freshness, but this one seems changed or not consistent.
