Replaced original well
Came in a timely manner. Replaced a InSeat Model 15541 AC Adaptor from a lazy boy lift chair. Has 2x9v battery back up like original adaptor. Works well

The right product...
This power supply worked perfectly for my Sagless power chair. It has lift, vibrator, and heat features. My only suggestion is that it should have some way to fasten it to the chair. It is used in a senior's home and some are not too careful or understand there should be a way to move the supply so there is no strain on the wiring.
