I did not believe this was revied by the Amazon Renewed standards technicians.Touchpad was not working properly, Keyboard right arrow was pinched inside, battery was not compatible with purchased laptop and as per the configuration laptop is having 512 M.2 SSD, but it was 512 SSD.

I waited about 10 days of using this before reviewing.It's always a bit of a gamble to buy a refurbished or renewed laptop (or anything really) but this was a brilliant buy. The laptop I received (Thinkpad T480) feels like new. doesn't seem to have any wear on it, all the keys are perfect, the screen is perfect (although doesnt go too bright but that has nothing to do with it being renewed) the touch screen works but of course is not as responsive as the latest models (again nothing to do with being renewed).Win10 Pro came preinstalled and after I went through the initial user setup was able to upgrade it via Windows Update to Win11. Performance is great and the battery seems to work well, I dont use it off power much but when I've taken it off occasionally it's been fine for over an hour without draining the battery too much. The speakers aren't that loud, but again, this has nothing to do with being renewed. Mine did not come with a fingerprint reader like some of the pics, but this didn't bother me considering how excellent everything else was with it.Overall, I think it's extremely hard to beat this laptop in terms of bang for buck, I like it so much I decided to get another T480, this time and 's' as a renewed laptop.

Within 2 weeks my laptop display is not working. Please guide me how can i for next because today is the final day for return item .

Die with 85% charged battery, and now two weeks I will wait for the refund.

Every thing is wonderful.. no any scratches

The laptop has an Arabic Keyboard but the advertisement has the laptop with an English keyboard I contacted supplier and he says they don't have an English keyboard so all round a very bad experience an inconvenience. Just advertise the true state of the product then as customers we can make proper decisions with full facts.
