I've used it for a few days a week for the past few months and it's definitely non-slip and absorbent. It's the perfect thickness. It's holding up well after regular washing and drying. I'm hoping to see this available on Amazon to purchase again.

I bought this because my non slip yoga mat is like a slip and slide. This towel grips the mat amazingly and does not move and I don’t slip any more. Job done. Thank you for a quality product.

Micro-whatever polyester is never absorbant. This is thick, and I like it as a cover on my yoga mat.
