The fan fits perfectly to replace the one on the old fan I ordered it because I did not believe the old fan would stay on the new motor

looked a little different but working well in my old Kitchenaid built in

This fan blade (on the right in the photo) has only half the blade pitch of the refrigerator manufacturer’s fan blade (on the left in the photo). Half the blade pitch only tries to propels air less half as fast, and falls far short of that because it imparts only half as much pressure to the air to overcome the wind resistance of the evaporator fins and the ducts that direct the chilled air. Moving one third as much air reduces the efficiency of the refrigerator, increases the length of time it spends defrosting, and decreases the rate at which it cools food. Increasing the time when the food is warm when bacteria grows rapidly causes food to spoil more rapidly. In my opinion this fan blade is unsuitable for it’s intended use as a replacement part in refrigerators, but look at the photo, read about fans, and form your own opinion.
