I have used this adapter cord to replace the original one that came with my peloton bike. The original just stopped working! Refused to light up and power up the cycle. I was a bit cynical about buying a replacement on the internet and not from peloton directly. However I am glad I did. I simply plugged it in and it worked first time! It looks good quality and identical to the original. Happy customer as this replacement cord cost a fraction of what it would have if I had contacted peloton to fix the bike. Good value for money in my view as a result.

This cord saved my Peloton when we thought it was dead! My Peloton Bike cord got wet and stopped working and this has been a perfect replacement at the fraction of the cost of the cord sold by Peloton (as they make you buy it in 2 parts!).

This is a universal power supply which outputs 12 volts. Although it's sold as a replacement for a Peloton, I'm using it to power my Nobsound (yes, that's really the brand-name) NS-01G mini amplifier. I accidentally pulled on the plug of the original supply, and it became intermittent. This one works perfectly, and even looks about the same as the original. The only real difference is this one has an angled plug, and the original has a straight plug. It works exactly the same.

Bought for my peloton and it doesn’t work

Review of TKDY, 12V 4.17A, AC>DC Power Adapter, This power adapter is a useful piece of equipment due to it’s 12 volt and 4.17 amps output, whilst this is marketed for a particular brand of equipment many alternate uses can be found. The actual power supply is quite chunky and the power cables robust to cope with the 4.17amp output, when tested the output voltage recorded was 12.7 volts, the 240 volt plug has a replaceable 3 amp fuse as the adapter should only draw a stated maximum of 1.5 amp at 240 volts. In use the adapter coped with the high output of 12v/4amp without problem, this for an extended period without overheating although runs warm, the output cable fitted with a choke to avoid electromagnetic interference towards sensitive equipment, a blue light on the adapter indicates power being supplied. A useful power adapter seemingly well built, as for reliability only time will tell although the brand name synonymous with reliable power adapters made in China.
