I love this DVD - I have already bought another one for someone else - It is a subtle abs workout as your core exercise while you combine yoga, stretching and hand weights - I totally recommend this DVD for beginners or anyone that needs to concentrate on regaining flexibility and strength.

Pleasant 15 minutes.
I do like this DVD, mainly because it is in 15 minute sections. If I don't feel like doing the exercise, I just say to myself, it's just 15 minutes, I can manage that and find the time. I so feel that it is more exercise than yoga on some of the choices. All in all I am happy with this exercise program.

This DVD is up to the usual standard I expect from Jane. I have been doing her workouts for decades and now look forward to learning Yoga from her.
