Horrible!! It was hard as a rock and tasted terrible, nothing like salami. It wouldn’t even give it to my dog. After only one slice I threw it in the trash. What a waste of money.

I ordered three lamb and three turkey SF. Four were in excellent condition and tasted great. I was putting together a chacuturie table for my son's wedding. Two were not good, one of each kind = slimmy and mushy. They were stored in a dark cool celler for two weeks before pulling them out to slice.

Have not been able to find this in Denver.

The taste and texture is exactly like jerky, not salami. It’s dry, dense, hard and VERY salty. Won’t buy again.

It tastes great! It's good for people who prefer non-red meat salami.
