Amazing fragrance and tea
I don't write a lot of product reviews unless I am really unhappy. But in this case, the product is AMAZING. Just open the bag and the wonderful fragrance fills the air and the tea flavor is delightful. The tea bags are substantial ( don't tear easily) and without tags and strings. The zip closure storage bag is easy to open and close and protects the tea bags well. In addition there is a small set of tongs to take the bags out of the larger bag without touching the others. Nice touch. Will definitely be my go to tea place.

Excellent company. Emailed them to let them know that the zipper on a zip lock bag of ginger tea that I had was separated from the bag. Therefore, I couldn't seal the bag. They emailed me back immediately to let me know they would send me a replacement bag. I waited a few weeks and never received the replacement bag. I emailed them again to let them know I had not received the replacement bag. They emailed me back again and apologized profusely. They told me they would send me two bags of ginger tea. A few days later I got the two bags of ginger tea and a 200 count bag of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon tea.Wow what a great company.Company is eco-friendly. They do not use any string and paper tag on their tea bags. Their products are excellent.Try them. You will not be sorry. I purchased the organic ginger tea bags 150 count and the flavor is excellent. It has some bite to it. Not overpowering but enough that you can taste it. I have purchased other brands and found that I could barley taste the ginger flavor. These tea bags are just right for my taste. I really enjoy them. Give them a try you will not be sorry.

The flavor didn't taste much like Papaya & was very weak in flavor. It had a bit of an after taste
