I got the treadmill delivered on 12/7 and assembly took under 30 minutes. Over three consecutive days, I've been using it at maximum incline and 3.5 mph for 45-minute sessions. Given the price point, this machine feels solid and delivers an excellent workout. This purchase replaced my previous Uorkay (Foldable Walking Pad with Auto Incline, Under Desk Treadmills for Home with 15% Incline, 2 in 1 Treadmill with Remote Control, Incline Walking Pad Treadmill with HIIT Modes, Low Noise). That unit served me well for approximately 16 months with daily use and regular maintenance (treadmill lubrication) before the motor began smoking and failed. At $299, I was impressed by its longevity. With this new "TheRUN" treadmill, I'm hoping for extended durability and, more importantly, that they'll stand behind their 2-year warranty commitment as confirmed via email should any issues arise. Based on my initial experience, this appears to be a well-constructed and stable machine that feels like it will last with proper maintenance. My hope is with this new "TheRUN" treadmill i have a longer lifespan but more importantly they honor the 2 year waarenty as promised through email if anything does go wrong. So far from what I can tell this is a well built machine and is very sturdy and feels like it will live up to daily usage.

Well constructed treadmill that works well for running or walking in place. Easy set-up for two people and very easy to operate and track progress. Good value for the money.

This TheRun auto incline treadmill is wonderful. It was easy to put together once it was where it was supposed to be. BUT - it is very heavy so make plans for that. It feels so solid, is easy to operate, and looks well-built. All in all, after researching treadmills for a few months, I am completely happy with my purchase.

Functions well. The manual takes some deciphering. The lubrication of the platform something from the flintstones.

Three months of regular use with no issues. Extremely well packaged on arrival. I assembled it myself but most people should have a helping hand due to weight of the unit. More useful features than I expected. Fairly quiet operation. Very fast and helpful customer service. I needed some clarification on the instructions and email support was fast and very helpful. Highly recommended based on three months of use.

After long search for treadmill with auto incline (man..who wants to adjust the incline level settings manually everytime…)… I have decided to go with this one…it’s easy to assemble (I didn’t really care about this, just wanted good treadmill). It’s well made so no safe concerns. I use this for athletic training but it’s easy to use (one touch level up buttons) for my aged mother and my overweight sister. Also, it folds so easy to put it away…with this price and quality, I don’t think you can find better one…Super happy with this purchase. Let’s goooooooo!!!

Easy to use. Super fast and straightforward set up. Box was delivered inside the home. The guys were polite. The incline and speed work perfect. It’s not loud. I use every night while the children sleep and Id have no problems. It support my husband 275lbs and my weight 290lbs very well. Even he jogs the treadmill responds well. Price was reasonable. Quality is sturdy. Comes with the oil for maintenance. All in all would recommend.

Easy to put together took about 30 mins very minimal parts. Love this treadmill so far although have only used it a couple times. Love that the incline and speed are on the handle bars also for quick access. Runs smooth and quit. Great incline!
