I was very satisfied and very happy with the high quality and value of this product. I shopped around and took my time campairing different brands and and the feautres they all had to offer and by far this one gave you the most value for your dollar being a considerably lower price and having money if not more of the same features and capabilities that many of the more expensive gimbles has to offer. this product was a very good buy for me. And I recommend it to anyone that likes getting wants a quality gimbles. I give it 5 stars

I'm an advanced amateur, meaning I'm new to the gimble, but I picked it up right away. It's pretty straight forward, but there are limitations. The only thing I can't figure out is how to save pictures to my SD Card when using the app. My pictures save from my phone, to my SD card normally, but I cannot find any settings. When hooking my phone to the PC to download, there is a folder in Phone's memory - "Recordings/Aochuan".Everything works, but I haven't (nor will I use) the Cold Shoe (for an external mic or light) and the built-in mic, I'm using a lavaleir mic. Both mic and gimble hook up to bluetooth at the same time.My phone is 6.5 inches long and by using the lavaleir mic, you have to stick in the receiver into the bottom of the phone, making it over 7.5". It still fits, works fine and is easy to balance. This was one of my biggest fears. But, then again, this is Amazon with a great return policy, so I wasn't overly fearful.Any phone will work. I think that certain phones listed, are the ones that work the best when using their application, which covers three different gimble types. I'm using a TCL 40 X 5g, purchase here from Amazon. It's a budget phone that works for me. If I were to upgrade, I would do it for the Camera features, but there is no point, because this is where there is an issue with Aochuan App.Their app only supports 4k, 2k, 1k at 30 frames and 720 at 60. I would have preferred at least 2k at 60, and I would purchase a new phone to get this. But, since it's not even supported, I'll stick to this budget phone for now.A lot of 1-star ratings for their app are in the Google Play Store. But, it may be their phone's compatibility. Not sure, because so many people have issues because they can't find the answers (like my saving to phone issue). They claim that many features don't work, but it may be their version of software. I'm using Android 13.The instructions on the App on the Play Store are Zero ... none, zip. There are zero tech videos on the App itself, only on the gimbles, and then with some highlights about the app.

Le doy 4 estrellas simplemente por que dice que traía dos cables adicionales para el sonido de iPhone y Android, sin embargo en la caja solo vino el de carga, la caja que me llegó fue blanca y no la negra que se muestra en la descripción, nota esta caja viene sin los cables mencionados, pero tampoco es motivo para regresarla, ya que el timbal es muy profesional, es fácil de usar aunque no hay tutoríales en español, tiene modos acordes a lo que se necesita, como ubicar rostro cuerpo u objeto, la batería es increíble demora más de 20 horas creo que es la única que demora tanto, además que la luz les de tres intensidades es más que suficiente para cualquier oscuridad, el micrófono es tan regular como grabar voz con un iPhone 14 Pro Max, puedes colocar el celular con carcasa lo cual es bueno, en general es excelente para la creación de contenido y aunque viene con la maleta, no es tan portátil como pensaría, los materiales de construcción se sienten increíble en la mano y se pueden comprar accesorios como extensiones que te permiten unas tomas únicas, el producto no defrauda para nada y está a la altura de otras marcas de gimbal, como dji osmo , hohem m6, o el zhiyun, siendo este mucho más adsequible en precio, también cabe resaltar que es un poco más complicado de usar por qué puedes configurarlo de manera libre y total en sensibilidad, el software del producto cumple con creces todas las funciones.

I haven't heard of this brand before. I read most of the reviews and decided to give it a try. I have been using it for months now and it works great. The app you can download is nice, if you want to use the hand gesture feature. It moves very smoothly and the extension neck has come in handy. It is sturdy.
