arrived well within date given nice and easy to handle .could do with the spray bottle cloth holder being able to be come off ( permanently fixed to bottle top)for better storage hence 4 stars

Easy to assemble
Arrived promptly. Easy to assemble. Speedy charging. Lightweight.However cleaning liquid included not effective.Appears to work more effectively (ie fewer smears) using hot water and white vinegar directly onto cleaning head.

I bought this after my karcher vac broke, after moving from a karcher jet wash to this brand I thought I would try the vac unfortunately I have been very disappointed with the finish it gives - extremely streaky!! and having to go over it with paper towel, I wish I had not bought it as I am going to have to take the hit on the cost and buy another karcher😡

A useful item to have under the stairs
Excellent product for the price.Easy to use and quick to empty. It clears the condensation from morning windows and dries tiles after showers. We even use it to vacuum up spills as we have two young children.Highly recommended
