Razor sharp!!!
This knife is razor sharp! It made easy work of a pineapple. It sliced right through the skin and core with little effort. Trimming the pineapple was easy. It's light weight and well balanced. Even with it's beautiful smooth resin handle, I still had a good grip with water wet hands. I am not sure about the grip if it gets oily. Then again, most knives won't have a good grip if your hands get oily. Overall , this is a beautiful kitchen knife, not to short, not to long, just right. Dalstrong great quality as always.

Amazing blades.
I got the 12 inch carving blade 2024. Had to get a matching 8 inch. Made turkey carving a breeze. I wash them by hand because my dishwasher gets so hot I worry it could mess with the resin handles. Not a risk worth taking.

Unboxing this knife was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. It's almost like this knife belongs in a museum. Stunningly gorgeous, sharp as a razor blade and quality gone through the roof. If you are on the fence about buying this, jump off now and BUY IT!! I promise you'll be as thrilled as I was when you see it and hold it for the first time.

Love it!!
Dalstrong is one of the best knife makers out there. I have other knives by them. Top quality and sharp and well balanced. A must have for any home kitchen. This knife is sooo beautiful. Picture does it no justice. No two are alike.
