Great shape retention and true to size. Nice body sculpting! Only rolls down if you’re overweight or have too much tummy. They fit me. I had no issues with underwear. Remember it’s underwear not a miracle worker. They only roll down if you are overweight or too much tummy.

These may have been great if I had a body that required no shapewear. I am 5'7", 155lbs, hourglass, and normally wear a size medium/large bottom depending on the manufacturer. So I ordered a M (6-8) and a L (10-12) based on the size chart. I really only needed these for the tummy control under a tight dress, but what I got was so much more! The medium went on but were so tight they created rolls/dents in the upper part of my rear and love handles on the sides. When I pulled the spanx up to smooth out that area, the thong went riding up my hiney. The large fit much the same albeit a little looser. To make matters worse, the band didn't come high enough to "shape" my tummy, the whole reason for the purchase. The leg holes need to be much larger and the thong longer to allow the shapewear to sit high enough to hold in tummy and prevent creating extra bulges that I'd need more shapewear to smooth out. Additionally, the size chart is WRONG! The sticker on the package says M (12-14) and L (16-18). I'm typically a size 6-8 but since neither of these fit and my body image is now destroyed, I'm returning them. If you give this product a try, I recommend sizing up 2-3 sizes. I ended up just wearing some form fitting gym shorts under my dress. *Even though I tried these on over my undergarments, I pray they are not resold. If you buy, I highly recommend you was them first. You never know where they've been.

Absolutely looooooooveeeeee this spanx. I’ll tell you what. I went with Skims so many times thinking it would be the best because of the hype but so many of those pieces have failed me—- terrible quality and all my high waisted things completely ripped in the middle part after having them MAYBE a month. These are thick but not too thick. Perfectly high waisted. And NOTHING shows. Using this for many things. Super comfortable and seemless. Recommend 100x

If you can fit in these I’m sure they do wonders. I followed the size chart and reviews and this was never going to get on. Seemed really thick and would do the job but had to return.

I love this thong. I’m 5’6 and 138 lbs with stomach issues and tendencies to bloat as day goes by. I’m between S and M but went with S in this pair and it fits me well. The support is not HUGE but it shapes me in a way that allows breathing. The fabric is very substantial and thicker but smooth. Higher waist line reaches much higher than other pairs of shaping undies I have from Spanx. It even looks good despite no special details, such as lace added. And they extend the leg by high leg cut. They help me look and feel better when I need it!

I tried them on over my leggings. They fit good but very little compression.

These are great for tummy control. I bought them to wear under a dress for a wedding and I felt confident and content
