If you seek informed practical guidance in this space, trust me, this is the book you want
I live and breathe these topics every day, and I'm incredibly impressed by this book. If you seek practical advice, trust me, no other resource published to date comes even close to matching what this book achieves. One of the authors brings an enormous amount of practical experience backed by a track record of achievement, external recognition, and innovation in this space. The other author is versed in practitioner-oriented and scholarly-oriented studies, and also has considerable experience in this space. Each year I examine the recently published CSR-related textbooks and resources, and I've used several high quality books in the MBA courses I teach. But this book is on another level, and it has advanced much of my thinking. Simply put, I learned a ton from this book, and I look forward to reading it again.

An excellent guide
I have long been thinking about how how to integrate CSR into my business to do good for the community but was challenged on how to strategically integrate into my overall business plan. I had heard of the good work of Dave Stangis at Campbell and Katherine Smith at Boston College in the field so I purchased this book. Given the examples and insight from the 2 authors, I found it an excellent guide.
