Product is sturdy, of an accurate size and once built is exactly what we needed at an affordable price. The only thing that dropped it to 4 stars is that mine had a manufacturing glitch which meant one of the metal bars distended too low which blocked one of the screws going in. I was able to use a drill to remove this part so that the end of the metal bar was no longer blocking the screw going in. I was able to fix the problem so I didn’t need to send it back however this was not a problem I hoped to encounter so maybe more careful checking of the finished product before shipping might prevent glitches like this slipping through and inconveniencing customers who don’t have drills.Other than that, which I’m sure was a one off manufacturing glitch, everything was exactly as expected. Other than that it was easy to assemble. It looks nice with no rough edges.I received one part a few days after ordering and was worried when the other part didn’t come the next day so messaged the seller who got back to me within 24hrs with lots of information about the delivery which was very helpful and reassuring. The second part arrived not long after. Overall the delivery of both parts was fast and customer service was excellent.I bought the xl as an investment for my puppy to grow into and it definitely fits that description as it seems it will last.

Like the size and support but the dog has the ability to want to chew the floor tray which i would have liked the floor to be a floor which would not move or show the edges allowing the dog to get its teeth around the edges to lift. Besides this it’s a great crate. You can take the tray out but your dog will be uncomfortable sat on the metal caged bars below!

Not only was the delivery incredibly fast, but I was surprised with how heavy duty these crates turned out to be. They are perfect for our two Sprocker Spaniels and look so much better in our room than the collapsible flimsy crates we were used to.We still wanted to have individual crates for our girls, but wanted to have them attached to create a single piece of furniture. In the instructions, in order to attach the two crates together, you need to remove the divider between (a side door from eaxh). We found a work around... Instead of removing a side door from both crates so they can butt up together perfectly, we only removed one of the side doors from one of the crates. We then removed the latch from the other crate but left the hinges to that door. This way we could still attach both crates, and keep the individual beds (which they much prefer).Overall I couldn't be happier with this purchase and highly recommend.

Sturdy

This crate looks lovely in our lounge, it just blends in nicely, I prefer it so much more than the wiry ones you can buy. Yes it's cost more than a standard one, but looks so much better. So yes to me, it's worth the money, and at that this time and moment I'm really happy with it.

Hi! We have bought two crates for our 3 dogs. We have two English pointers and one Belgian shepherd. Two crates are enough for three large dogs. All details have been made accurately without any defects. Both crates have at least 4 doors, that’s very convenient for dogs. We are happy to have them. It’s value for money.

It looks nice for a crate that has to be in a common room of the house, it feels sturdy too. However, the locks don’t actually lock. Every time I leave my pup in it, I come home to find she has escaped which completely defies the purpose of having a crate.. we’re going to have to find a better solution unfortunately. Shame because it isn’t cheap.

I love this dog Crete and so does my beagle puppy. It’s spacious without being too big. Looks amazing against all the other furniture. Would highly recommend.
