Odd, as I believed I bought name tapes from this vendor before and had no issues with their products; but this time the name tapes are clearly not AR 670-1 compliant ("For the combat utility uniforms and ECWCS, the insignia is 5 inches in length with the individual’s last name on a hook- and-loop-faced pad and the inscription “U.S. Army” in black block letters sewn on a camouflaged pattern tape to match the uniform. The letters are 3/4 inch high and 1/2 inch wide.").As you can see in this comparison, the name tape on top is compliant as it has "block letters" which are "are 3/4 inch high and 1/2 inch wide." The tape on the bottom is what I received, and clearly the letter 'O' is rounded and wider than 1/2 inch.The second pics shows all three name tapes. You can also see the sewing is not as close to the edge as it should be!Given these are custom name tapes, I am not sure if they will replace them. I also wonder if these are outsourced as the first three sets I got were perfect. I've notified the seller of the issue, and will update this review to let everyone know how well the stand behind their product!Now, will some CSM jack me up because of it? Possibly.

These name tags came quickly and were reasonably priced, my only issue is the use of black hook and loop (Velcro). It stands out where as tan or green don’t look odd.

They are great name tapes, I wish the velcro was coyote and the font was a little more exact but they should work fine. In this photo the issued name tapes are shown on top, the Amazon product on bottom.

Very nice product. The name tape looks amazing its almost identical to standard issued name tape. I’d rate the tape a 5 star but the time it took to get to me seemed like forever. I ordered it about 3 weeks before it shipped. I am not sure why it took so long. I highly recommend!
