The item came with wrong direction, company sent correct set was able to assemble with them. Included ropes snapped with winds less than 30 mph, purchased sturdier ones, tent remained up with winds that exceeded 30 mph. Company should provide better ropes, not strings, otherwise it’s a good tent.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to put up the tent that we got. What I want to comment on is the superb costumer service. Although it was a bulk item to give back they did it with smiles through the emails and understood the situation. Any place that has great costumer service is worth buying from.We didn’t have enough space to put the steaks down, but it was a great quality tent that looked very durable.I want to thank Vincy and the team at brandline for making a shoppers experience unforgettable.

We used this tent for a wedding at our home and it worked perfectly. It took several people to put it up, but it was easy to do. It was beautiful.

Send me a defective roof and bad costumer service still waiting for the replacement. Don’t buy for this company
