I have another brand of multivitamin at home. But compare to this one, i noticed my skin looks better and healthier, when I consume it at least for a week, the result will shown.

I took for a month. Changed my 'regularity' from every am til a few day apart. Stool was darker. Psoriasis didn't change...although it may have if I'd not stopped.

I have been using the Kenkoderm multivitamin for sometime now and highly recommend it to others with psoriasis. I continue to see fewer and fewer skin lesions. I take two tablets a day. The change is not overnight, but it does happen. I use the vitamins in conjunction with the soaps and shampoo and creams. Make sure to drink plenty of water with the tablets every time you take them.

If you’ve read any of my supplement reviews, you will know what I’m going to say next. How does one actually rate something like a supplement? I’m not a medical doctor or nutritionist nor do I have a scientific way to measure their effectiveness. Just what criteria does one use in this situation? I recently had some medically ordered lab work done. It found that I had some vitamin deficiencies. So, I’m going to use the following criteria to review this and other supplements: covers the items that a lab has said I’m deficient in, easy to use/swallow, any perceived side effects/benefits and of course, cost.Although I’ve never been diagnosed with psoriasis, I ordered this because it contains several things I’m deficient in such as vitamin D and things that are definitely beneficial such as folic acid. The pills are fairly easy to swallow. The bottle has no child proof cap making it easy to open for anyone. I haven’t noticed any benefit yet nor did I really expect to but I also haven’t had any negative side effects. A 60 day supply that comes out at about 84 cents a day.
