Really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, well insulated so no breakages. The mugs are study and well made, the transfer are really good and so cheerful, a lovely addition to my Christmas china collection, we can all choose a mug as each one has a different design on them. Good quality and durability, very pleased with my purchase and well worth the money. A great buy.

Update- 2 other sets of mugs came after another email sent by me. Again, came in tact and nice design. So would def up my stars to 4 now Iβve given this a 1 star as I ordered 3 sets of 4 mugs and only received 1 set. Emailed company and 4 days ago and still no reply. The mugs themselves are actually ok, print is nice and the one set I did receive came in tact.

The cups are great
Them are big enough to have a nice hot chocolate that you can savour in the morning and the ceramic that is used on the mug is a very good quality for the money , I strongly recommend

Mugs were meant to be a gift but I ended up wanting to keep them, had to buy another box! Packaged really well. Lovely mug, not too thick so suitable for tea or coffee (or hot chocolate!) we love them. All packed away next Christmas now!

Love these mugs there perfectly packaged,not a scratch on them as soon as I received them I took them easily out if the box with all the box trimmings all over them ,and put them in the bubbly warm water to cleanππ βοΈπ€π§‘πthere so cute

Didn't receive one of each design and a few scratches
Not what I was expecting, very heavy and cheap mugs and they're very white but I was expecting beige based on the photos. Also there are scratches on some of the mugs and in one set I didn't get a father Christmas design, which was my favourite design. Wouldn't order again unless they were a lot cheaper.
