Prompt, and a really healthy plant

I cant physically write a good enough review. The packaging was INCREDIBLE! I have never ordered plants online for for the price I thought I'd give it a go. Suculants are a nightmare to transit and the heat the past few days has been horrible so I have very low expectations. My Aloe Vera arrived and it was immaculate... no damage, no bruises, it had been in transit for over a week and when I checked the moisture (see photo) it was perfect. I am beyond impressed. Thank you so much for my beautiful plant!

Very happy with my plant. True to size. Longest leaf was 33cm when using a tape measure. Arrived in very good condition. Freshly watered and nice moist soil. Was wrapped in nice and secure packaging to protect the plant. My only issue was 2 of the tallest 🍃 were broken and very bent at the top. Used a scissors to trim the broken leaves. Hopefully it will not do any lasting damage to the plant. Looking forward to nurturing my plant and helping it to grow to its full potential so I can start using the aloe gel for hair and face masks! 😁

The plant arrived quickly and before delivery due date. Appeared in good health, moist soil and a good size. Only time will tell if it thrives!

My plant arrived within the expected time and was well packaged. However, once the packaging was removed, the plant collapsed. It was far too large for the small plant pot and the soil was so dry that it wasn't deeply rooted enough to keep it's position in the pot. As a result, a couple of the lengths fell off under their weight. I was so disappointed. The plant itself looked pleasing and promising before removal of the cellophane . I have had to find a much bigger and taller plant pot to repot it just so that it will stand up. It seems quite fragile at it's base and I'm just hoping that it will survive the repot as I am in no way green fingered. It is highly unlikely that I will be ordering from this seller again unfortunately. Very disappointed.

Muy buen estado. Buen tamaño. Bien embalada. Alguna punta algo tocada, pero que menos! Muy muy contento.

La planta vino en un tiesto de plástico, yo se lo cambie por uno de barro, trae un tamaño perfecto y está preciosa, viene embalada con todo el detalle y precaución posible, 100% recomendable.

Vino antes de lo previsto y bien y muy protegida, una hoja seccionada pero bueno. Lo que me ha llamado la atención es la caja exagerada de un metro de alto para una planta de 20cm.

Tenía dudas sobre cómo llegaría la planta. Es muy delicada y el transporte podría dañarla. Ha llegado perfecta y es más grande de lo que esperaba.

El producto llegó en perfectas condiciones.
