I've been looking for a larger carrier for my cats for long car trips (7-8 hours) and decided to try this option. I wasn't expecting much as there were several reviews that stated it wasn't super sturdy, but it worked perfectly for my boys. It folded just enough that I can get it under the back window (I have a jeep wrangler with no backseat) and easily has enough room for both cats (extra fluffy ones-13 & 15 lbs), a blanket, and a small litterbox. While it took up most of the area in the back, I still had enough room beside it for a couple of boxes and the extra litter. I also had no issues with tearing or ripping, although even though they are not fans of the car, neither cat has front claws and they do not try to chew their way thru any carrier I've had, so it may not hold up to teeth. The only thing I would like to see was an easier storing option, as I couldn't for the life of me get it re-packed/folded afterwards, so it's going to stay popped up as a sleep area for the cats until the next time around. Now, I'm not saying your fur babies will love this, as my short hair still HATES car rides and yelled at me almost the entire last trip, but it certainly gave them more room to move about, hide, sleep, and use the bathroom without me having to make the stops I used to.

I was worried about the size and durability especially reading the reviews of the zippers not holding up.I am happy I chose to go with this product. The size is perfect- you can fit a small bed and feeding water/ food combo in this playpen comfortably. Larger than a carrier or crate and gives my cat more room and comfort. The zippers are of high quality and as long as you are gentle with them, ie no tugging/pulling, i see them lasting a long time. I appreciate having the ability to access the playpen from the top for cleaning and the front access for my cat to come in and out. The seams are also solid and well made. Setup was easy and the playpen comes with a carry/ storage bag that is of much higher quality than others I've purchased. This is well worth your money and should be the only ones you invest in. I've had a few different ones and this one i will buy again and wholeheartedly recommend for isolation, introduction, sickness or visiting at a relatives house over christmas.

I do like this kitty playpen. It's cute and perfect for our cat who likes to join us on the patio now and then. I wouldn't leave him in it unattended as he might figure a way out, but he does seem to like it and enables our indoor cat to join us for a little outside. I think it could be nice for kittens too to give them a safe play area. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the playpen for the money and feel it is a good value. It pops up easily, but only con is that I found it super hard to get back into its carrying case.

I rated this item 4 stars. The playpen was easy to set up. The quality has withstood my puppy who is a chewer but has not been able to chew any part of the playpen to date. I like the ease of putting dog in and out with zipper door. I also purchased this item because of the portability of the item. Here is my concern. Once up there doesn't seem to be instructions on how to refold for transport. Even though very sturdy when up folding it for transport could/would bend the wiring and then it would not work as well. Great product in everyway but folding correctly for transport. Needs some instruction or markings so as not to destruct the playpen or it's functionality when needed.

We purchased this as our travel pen for our two small pups (Yorkie & Toy Poodle). It is very sturdy, and is made of a tough fabric that stands up to our pups scratching at it.It folds up easily and is easy to pack.Great purchase & Highly recommended!!!

Okay there are a lot of things I like about this product. This is one of the more expensive pop up pens, but I'm really glad I didn't skimp out and get one of the cheaper ones. I have read that those ones fall apart and the floor isn't water proof. I didnt really even expect this to be water proof, as I put a litter box in there with my bunnies anyways, but while moving it a little I spilled the water bowl in there and the floor underneath was totally dry! So it's pee pee proof which is awesome for any pet owner!My next point is that this things is SO MUCH EASIER than a metal x pen! Not that this should be used as a permanent enclosure, but you know if you just wanna take your buns somewhere like the beach or your friends house this thing just folds right up and is light as air. Or if you wanna free roam your bunnies and keep their hay in an easy to clean space this would be the perfect little home base as you can just pick it up easily and dump out any extra hay outside without having to sweep up your floor as much, especially if you have carpet.My final point is that this thing is by no means an eye sore like many animal enclosures tend to be. It just looks so nice and I'm proud to have it in my pet supply collection. The little pockets on the side are a nice touch. The zipper door held open by velcro is perfection. This thing is just really sturdy and feels actually appropriate for the somewhat destructive nature of some animals. If my rabbits hated it they could probably chew right through it, but they seem to really respect it as their little vacation home in the living room. Even when I open the door for them they don't like to come out too much, as they are so cozy eating their hay in there. This is a wonderful product and I can't express my love for it enough! It has helped me spend more time with my sweet little bun buns and made cleanup a bit easier. A must buy for rabbit owners! Definitely get the bigger one it's worth the money!

I bought this for travel. It's easy to set up, has a floor and a zippered cover. Good amount of "windows" for light to come in, heavy duty zippers. Make sure you buy the right size - they should be able to stand up and walk around a bit. I had little trouble getting it back in the case.

I bought this portable pen for my daughter's pet turtle. I am very happy with the quality of this product. It is easy to use and includes everything needed to make it a great product. Disappointed with shade cover. Only fits octagon shape.
