I have Never seen such care, and love put into packing....

After a small glitch with my order - which the seller fixed right away; I am really impressed with the flavor of this cheese as well as the packaging. The raw cheese is packed in brine which gives it a savory flavor, similar to a Feta but firmer and also crumbles easily if desired. The first ingredient is listed as Sheep miIk which seems to give it a bit stronger flavor that is very tasty. I am going to try it next in my air fryer to see how it crisps up. Good Job!

The cheese was good, fresh, delivery went well. Shared it with neighbors who also thought it delicious. I appreciated it was authentic halloumi .I just sliced mine a little too thick to grill.

This cheese cooks/grills perfectly. I cooked it in some of my left over seasoning from chicken tacos and it picks up the flavor amazing. It’s the perfect side to my lower carb meals. The cheese also is great if you like to eat keto, low carb or just love cheese. It’s very hard to find even in a big city like Las Vegas. Now I can order on here, coming in a few days and I don’t have to drive around town looking for it.

I am pretty happy with this cheese, primarily because it is nearly impossible to find a non-animal rennet option for halloumi. I will say, though, that this has a pretty strong mozzarella taste, which is kind of unfortunate. I am not sure if that is because of the different rennet, but I can certainly bear it in order to stick to my values around vegetarianism.

I had never had this before ordering, but had a recipe that called for it. It's delicious and now I look for recipes so I can use it. It's tasty browned in a bit of olive oil and put it on top of a salad or soup. So glad I discovered it. I want to add the shipper does a great job with the packaging and puts cold packs in to keep it fresh. Enjoy!

best halloumi cheese. easy to prepare and simply delicious. arrived in perfect condition. and no cow milk! authentic halloumi~ i have ordered from this seller before - and will again. their halloumi is great and the sellers were too.

The cheese is very tasty. It has been several years since I have had this and it was as good as I remembered.
