These work great

This is very useful and easy to use as it grips the pin without exerting force because of the x design. Unlike other tweezers that I had used, I have to maintain the pressure to hold the pins which often slips out. This grips it upon releasing the pressure; reverse from common tweezers.

Tried doing a lock rekey without a tweezers but was continually dropping pins. This was just what the doctor ordered!!

I use these tweezers for pinning locks. It serves this purpose pretty well but it is important to recognize that the rounded tips of these tweezers are made to fit a specific size of pin. If the pins are the right size for the tweezers, this pair of tweezers will work very well. But in many cases, these tweezers are too large to handle springs (and some smaller diameter plain pins and spool pins) and if you are not careful and don't recognize that you don't have a good grip on a spring (or pin), you can end up dropping it (where it will inevitable bounce into the ether, never to be seen again.) So use them for what they were designed for and you will be very happy with them. Just be sure not to use them for things that they were not made to grip.

Using reverse tweezers to place pins while re-keying a lock is a time saver and makes it easier on my hands. Having some physical issues in my hands, not having to “hold” the pins or springs is a life saver. They’re short enough that they can live in my re-keying tin of parts. The tension is strong enough to keep a hold of pins and springs without bending or crushing the springs. Aside from thar, these just work like they should.

Also perfect for picking up spilled pills or pills in the wrong compartment in your pill organizer.
