Found same exact item for half the price in 2 different places. So am unhappy about that. Other wise really like the concentrator . Nice and quiet. Lots of features.

A family friend of mine is a long-term oxygen concentrator patient who has had trouble since COVID, so I got the machine for him. This oxygen concentrator is not strong enough and has a bad smell, which has caused a lot of inconvenience and distress.First, the oxygen concentrator is not concentrated enough. When using the oxygen concentrator, it’s easy to get short of breath and it makes the process very uncomfortable and frustrating. He tried adjusting the settings on the oxygen concentrator but that didn't fix the problem.The smell of the oxygen generator is also a problem. Oxygen used in oxygen concentrators is a clean, hygienic gas, however, my oxygen concentrator emits an unpleasant smell. The smell made him very uncomfortable and even made me feel a little sick, and very frustrating.Overall, I am very disappointed and frustrated with the purchase. The problem of insufficient concentration and peculiar smell of the oxygen generator has brought me a lot of inconvenience and distress. I hope this can be resolved soon so that we can better use the oxygen concentrator. Would be great if the manufacturer will take these issues seriously and take steps to improve the quality and service of the oxygen concentrator.

Not practical. Physican did not recommend

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. First of all, It is not FDA or FAA certified. Also, it doesn't work like an oxygen concentrator, it's more like an air purifier. Most importantly, parts of the machine were damaged.My original intention of buying this oxygen concentrator was to relieve my father's asthma symptoms; however, when he used it, he developed symptoms such as shortness of breath and chest tightness, which made me very worried. After many times of debugging and maintenance, the product still has some problems, such as poor oxygen production effect and loud noise.To make matters worse, some parts of the machine were damaged, such as the circuit boards, motors, etc., which made me feel very disappointed and helpless. I suspect that the build quality and workmanship of this product is not superior, and that there may be a safety risk during use.Therefore, I strongly recommend everyone to pay attention to the quality of the product and the general buyer's evaluation rather than an advertisement publisher when purchasing an oxygen generator. Don't make the same mistake like I did!!!

It appeared to be as described but unfortunately it quit working after less than five hours of use. There is no satisfaction on getting any answers or replacement. Was told nothing could be done unless I had all of the original packaging. Be honest . who keeps that. Worst purchase I have ever made and I am out $400 at a time of life when every penny counts. I had to give one star or I could not have posted this. In actuality I give it zero stars.
