Their third life is 300 years later.Their first life is when Si Yin lives in the immortal realm as a desciple of Mo Yaun. She is hiding her identity of being a female of the fox race and is there as disguised as a man. She is a natural born troublemaker. She constantly goes to the mortal realm when she isn't supposed to. This always results is major problems for Mo Yaun that she serves. Si Yin happens to be his favorite desciple and rescues her and the other desciple that tags along. When she hears that a member of her family is about to give birth the two sneak down. Unfortunately they are caught by the Ghost Tribe. She ends up attracting the second Prince and the Princess as love interests. While the other person is being tortured, she is being taken good care of by the Ghost Prince. The Prince and Princess want them to escape but Mo Yaun has come from Kulan to help rescue them. He uses his magic to defeat the Ghost tribes men and they return to Kulan. This results in Mo Yaun being struck by lightning bolts while trying to protect her when they come back home to Kulan as punishment. This causes him to be in need of recuperation for months.The Second Ghost Prince Yi Qui comes to visit her because he can't forget her. And they have developed feeling toward each other. She secretly visits him as he hides in a cave to recover from injuries from the main desciple when he arrived. Uan Nu is hiding in Kulan to avoid an arranged marriage. She has learned the power to temporarily transform herself to look like Si Yin and uses it to her advantage to seduce him. But people from Kulan and the Ghost tribe are not allowed to be together anyway. This causes them to split apart and for him to take Uan Nu home and marry. But she is not as innocent as her appearance is as she helps the leader of the Ghost tribe by stealing the war stradagies of Kulan. But can she win the heart of the second Prince? Or will he still love Si Yin? Will Si Yin ever accept his love again? Will she forgive him?Mo Yaun on the other hand is secretly attracted to Si Yin and you can feel the attraction between the two of them. But everyone thinks that she is a man. He will do everything he can to spend time with her and to protect her. Their bond is amazingly strong and she knows him by heart. He comes out of his recuperation period early for her. But people are beginning to speculate about the two of them.When the war breaks out and Mo Yaun sacrifices himself to stop it. She rushes to him after he dies and later secretly uses her fox blood to help preserve his body. His spirit has been seperated in pieces from his body to seal in the Ghost tribes fierce leader and stop the war. But we do see a ghost like spirit around her that is loving and I'm sure that it is him. But can his body recover and comeback to life? She even went to see the second Ghost Prince who is now ruler of his people for the rare emerald but fails in her attempt to get it. The emerald would preserve his body indefinitely. So she takes his body to the fox people and uses more of her blood. This almost costs her life. There her parents come to her rescue. They save her with part of her mothers essence and help to preserve Mo Haun's body. His last words before death were "Wait For Me". Who were these words meant for? Were they for her alone or for all of his desciple?Mo Yaun falls into this deathlike state and she has been taking care of him for 70,000 years. As I said before, she tries to get the emerald from the new Ghost king who happens to be the man she was in love with in the past, the second Ghost Prince. Until now she had been using the blood from her heart to keep his body preserved in hopes that his spirit will rejoin and return to it.70,000 years laterAnd she checks on the bell that the enemy is captured in. When she uses the magic scroll that was left by Mo Yaun to update the force field as is was becoming weakened, she looses her memory and gets transported to the human world. She lives there happily as she takes care of the injured animals that she finds. One day she finds a black snake and brings it home. She tries to heal it, unaware that the medicine that she is using is actually hurting it more. She sleeps with this snake under a blanket in hopes of helping it recover. But in reality , this is not what it appears to be. It is actually a Prince from the Celestrial tribe named Ye Hea who can teleport and change into a dragon. He has spent three months in the mortal world sleeping with her. But as a snake. The time difference between the two places is amazing. One day in the human world is about 15 minutes in their time.Ye Hea is captivated by this charming and innocent woman and decides to see her in person. So he shows up as an injured man. She naturally wants to help him recover. These two slowly fall in love and get married. He names her SuSu. It is a sweet and loving relationship but when he has to return to his place and takes her to the Celestrial tribe there is a lot of bad things that happen to her. Even though she is pregnant with his child, she is regarded as just a mortal. Things could have been different is everyone including her knew that she was an immoral. But this is something you would have to see as to how bad it actually became as the Consort was very jealous of her. And to what extent he went to try to help her. But even being the mother of his son was really a dangerous situation for her. And he makes a choice that will haunt him forever. Can this love survive in another lifetime? What was he willing to do to try to be with her forever? Will she forgive him?300 years laterShe is now recuperating in the mortal world and has decided to drink a potion that will permanently erase her memories everything that has happened to her in the Celestrial tribe including her husband and son. She has now returned to her own identity as Bai Quain. But is also referred to as seventeen by Mo Yaun and his followers. Will she ever remember the past and the child that longs for her? What happens with the prospect of Mo Yaun returning? Who will she love? Both of these men look alike but are very different. What do you think will happen next? Will she find happiness in this lifetime as Ye Hea dies trying to resell the bell and protect others?What happens when Ye Hea dies and the Royal family want to take the body? I don't want to spoil this for you.CommentsI watched 7 episodes on Online , but I stopped myself from watching more before purchasing it. I knew I wanted this drama after only 2 episodes. The scenery is so beautiful and the costumes were amazing. So, if you like it after you watch a few episodes, stop there and buy it.EditsIf you continue to watch it you might notice the edits like I did. They were minor but I feel that they were important to me. There was more of a connection between Mo Yaun and Si Yin that didn't seem to make it into this copy. This drama was edited in Malaysia and they have strong censor boards. I have contacted this company in the past about parts that were edited out of the drama Bromance. When the censor board has sensitive issues they always edit out kissing and near kisses. Also other things that don't apply to this set. So when I want to buy one from Malaysia I don't continue to watch it online. If I have never seen these parts then I don't miss them. Multimedia is the only company that makes this drama.Special effectsI know people who hate blue screen effects but I'm not one of them. These help add to the believability of these different realms. The buildings are amazing and the scenery is worth seeing. The war scene between the two groups featured a bell. But not just any bell. It grows bigger in the sky and sucks up people into its glowing vortex inside and destroys or captures them inside. It reminds me of a scene from the American movie INDEPENDENCE DAY. It was very cool to see, but don't expect that they will all be of that caliber for the whole series. Between the special effects, locations and costumes, it makes a lasting impression on me. I wish we could see more of this type of quality shows in America. But the nine tailed foxes needed to be done better and looked a bit off.If this is helpful let me know and click on that. I just wish that there could be a second season. I know that sounds funny after the amount of episodes this season has. But I would like to know what happens next for the main couple. And what happens to the two side characters storyline. That they can never be together because his name is not on the three lives stone. The woman is a fox and has nine tails/ lives and he has three. Plenty of room for a second season.3/2/19 updateSeason 2. The main couple for season 2 is the based on the 8th Prince and his wife who had a child. And how they go through the vortex to the future. Well he did anyway. How they end up back in the past before they met and that there are two of him that both love her. Also his older brother has been in love with her since childhood and the couple planned to be together before this. My advice is to rewatch season 1 then watch season2. This season is good but it gets tricky and it changes events and lives of the people involved. But some changes aren't for the better. I look forward to this season being available to buy in the future. There will be a season 3!!! This is set to air in December of this year with the same couple. I believe it focuses on their son. I hope it is available to buy soon.I wish they would do a season based on my two favorite characters. I watched this on DramaFever twice. When DF shut down last month, I knew I needed to own this drama since its currently not available anywhere else. The dvd set is authentic. The subtitles are better than I remember. Fortunately amazon sells an LG all region dvd player that I bought since I didn’t have one. I didn’t care if it played region 1 dvds as long as it played region 6 (six). It played this region 6 dvd set right out of the box with no adjustments needed. It will play all regions if you change the settings per the easy instructions included. This is a wonderful story, beautifully filmed with an awesome cast. Enjoy!

I rewatch Eternal Love at least once every couple months on Nexflix but I've been slightly worried it will get removed soon so I finally decided to pony up and buy it Sunday June 11th and I paid for the faster shipping. It arrived today, much faster than I thought it would and I absolutely love the casing!As for the story... I'm a sucker for a strong female lead and an honorable love interest so I was hooked from the start.

The dvds holder was damaged in the corners! Fortunately the dvds were fine and plays well so far😅

I love this show. I always have. Ever since I seen it on Netflix I decided to buy it. But however when I received my package, this DVD doesn't not play on a normal DVD player. So I had to purchase a DVD player that was suitable for this DVD. I have watch this show over and over again. Huge fan of Yang Mi.

Tried it on our main surround sound player = does not work. It did play on the basic blu-ray player.

I got a little confused for while when there were 2 of each of the main characters. Did not deter my enjoyment of the whole series. The lead actors were so well matched for each other. Beautiful girl and handsome man. LOVED their "son". He was great. The shipping was good and the folder of DVD's came in a beautiful folding case with great photo's on the out side. Very pleased.

If anyone is looking for an amazing love story this really is it. The movie was 58 episodes at 45 minute per episode but once you get to episode 6 - you can't stop watching it.You start to like the actors a lot. The effect were a little corny but the story line was the best....

Beim Anschauen dieser Serie habe ich die gesamte Bandbreite an Emotionen durchlebt, zu der ein Mensch fähig sein kann. Ich bin absolut kein Fan von Serien, aber über diese bin ich per Zufall gestolpert und sie hat mich sofort in ihren Bann gezogen. Nun gut, einzig der englische Untertitel hatte es in sich. So schnell konnte ich gar nicht lesen, da war er auch schon wieder verschwunden. Ich fürchte meine „Pause“ Taste wird nun dankbar für eine Erholung sein. 😉 Obwohl ich schon unzählige Filme gesehen und zig Tausend Bücher gelesen habe, war es mir zum ersten Mal ein Bedürfnis eine Rezension abzugeben. Kurz gesagt: Es war mir durch und durch eine Freude! Sollte jemals die Nachfolgeserie „Eternal love of dream“ auf DVD erscheinen, werde ich keine Sekunde zögern.
