Yes Uranus and Neptune can be seen with the naked eye at a dark sky site. The computer will point the telescope to these objects but you will need about 150x magnification to see them as tiny disks.

How long the batteries last?

If you use it 24/7 Not long. If you use it for 30-60min a night, it will last a few viewings. If you use potatoes it can last forever.

Can you see all 12 planets.?

I can't see anything but black. (Yes I took the eye covers off)

I feel so dumb I've had such a hard time figuring this telescope out I haven't been able to see anything with it is there any help out there?

Please reach out to our Technical Support Department. Our staff, who are experts in telescope operations, will be happy to assist you in getting your telescope set up and running. The best way to reach them is to submit a ticket here: https://www.celestron.com/pages/technical-support
