A. Review
The Max Mini Bike Pump is actually a white label product, also known as the Airwave Surge amongst others. They seem to generally sell for about Amazon prices, but it's an extra chance to shop around and read a greater variety of reviews if nothing else. What a marvellous little product this is, how often do you buy something for a budget price without any indication you've done so? It works perfectly, feels tough, looks good, and is almost comically small and lightweight. Pumping is obviously no thirty-second job, but it seems to make surprisingly efficient work of the task and is easy to use even if the wheel is still on the bike, unlike some. I don't have a PSI gauge, the exception of which may be an issue to some, but on a mountain bike I had no issue using it to get the tyres as solid as I'm happy with. While it may be labelled, and sold, as a mini bike pump, it's absolutely worthy as an all-rounder and those who don't place themselves in the upper end of cycling may find this services all your needs just fine. (The instructions could have been dashed out on the back of a napkin by someone who'd never seen the pump before, but if you're reading this then it's not a problem. I've added a photo to clarify the information given, which concerns how to switch to a Presta valve pump.) UPDATE 7TH APRIL 2015: The last part of my comment now makes no sense, as the instructions using Amazon's "hover boxes" that I made have disappeared from the gallery and been replaced with a professional version by the manufacturers. Glad they were on the ball, but silently blitzing my effort from the record and making me look silly is annoying. I've now removed my version is from this comment too. I don't have anything to add in terms of reliability as I have rarely used it, however I did require a pump for a basketball and while most pumps allow an adaptor, this one does not. Spending double and cluttering with another pump was not productive. Otherwise, if it fits your needs, nothing has made me change my rating.

Compact well made bike air pump.
Great little bike air pump can be used with presta or schrader car type valves . fits nicely into saddle bags and seems well constructed in alloy and plastic . I can blow up a mountain bike tyre from flat in approx 30 to 45 seconds.

"Compact, Lightweight, and High-Quality Pump โ Perfect for Cyclists!"
"I recently purchased this bicycle pump, and I couldn't be happier with the product! Itโs incredibly lightweight and compact, making it super easy to carry on rides without adding any extra bulk. The build quality feels premium and durable, so Iโm confident it will last for a long time. Itโs also simple to use, which is great when you need to quickly pump your tires. Overall, a fantastic pump that is both practical and well-made. Highly recommend it for cyclists looking for a reliable, portable solution!"

Fantastic little piece of kit
This is brilliantly no-nonsense. I was a bit dubious when buying because it's pretty much the shortest-length pump I could find, but don't be deterred! It's certainly small, smooth, and feels well manufactured. It's also incredibly light and handily small. The mount for attaching it to the bike frame is very thoughtful: with careful adjustment it can be mounted on the same fitting as a water-bottle holder, and won't fall off because of the good-fitting clip and a secure little Velcro strap just for peace of mind. This clip goes far to ensure the handle won't extend or rotate during rides, and presumably this helps ensure components don't vibrate themselves loose. In fact even if you have two water bottle mounts and one is unused, it may still be preferable to mount it under the water bottle just to reduce visual and impractical-for-handling clutter on the frame. Importantly the quality of what is supplied isn't reduced by trying to squeeze in a tacky little pressure gauge like a number of other cheap models. Really you're just carrying a mini pump so you can replace a flat tire on a ride and you can get your perfect pressure back home with a full-sized pump. When it comes to the actual pumping, there's a predictable amount of flapping back-and-forth given that only a small volume of air can be pressurised on each stroke of a mini pump, but even this isn't quite as difficult and doesn't feel quite as hapless as with many other mini pumps I've played with in my time. Importantly there's none of that annoying pressurised bounce-back feeling at the end of each stroke: it feels like it's smoothly injecting pressurised air right up to the end of the stroke. I'm a pleased customer. Now hopefully it won't break...

Great quality pump at r reasonable price.
Great mini pump, I use this for MTB and works a dream. Does take a while to inflate but that is very common with small hand pumps. The straps don't fit around my frame as it is quite big however I either keep it in my pocket or bag. Very good customer service, I lost a small part of the pump, got in contact and got the part again for free in 2 days! For 11.95 its a steal, I bought one off eBay for 5 thinking it would be fine, turns up and it is a plastic piece of rubbish which barely inflates. For this price you get a great quality hand pump, which should last me years and does both valves, which is key when out with other riders or you see other riders who need help! Great price, great pump!

Hard to take off the valve
It's okay but almost impossible to get it off the valve once pumped.

MAx Alloy 7 mini Bike pump
I have just bought my second one of these pumps. There are four bike users in our family. We all cycle a lot to work collecting kids from schools, and we use the bikes on the weekend for family trips as well. This pump is a solid quality product. It locks on really cleanly and you can pump the tire until it is really solid. I would recommend it to anyone. If there is any down side it is that it takes a lot of repetitions to fill a tyre. But most of the time it is used for tyres that are going a little soft because of a very slow puncture. I had a pump from Aldi which was useless before this and I had some cheap pumps from Tesco which would not pump the tyres all the way so they were always soft and I got lots of punctures. Then I had a bike hut model with a tyre pressure gauge it was good but it cost three times as much and it got stolen of the bike when I forgot to take it off. Anyway this pump is small enough to fit in my pocket so I never forget and leave it on the bike. I think its a good balance between performance and price. ... Problem solved.

Great little pump
Bought this little pump and didnโt have great expectations but I was so wrong.. I had it in my bag for 1 ride and got a puncture and within 10 minutes I had repaired the puncture and inflated the tyre .. definitely recommend this little pump

Great little pump
Super small, nice and snug to the bike and has a strap to ensure it won't come off. Doesn't rattle or anything, not gonna break records with pump time but for a flat fix to get you home, plenty sturdy enough. Edit. Got a flat a few days after getting this thing, and had to reinflate my tire twice (user error) while patching, and this thing genuine surprised me at how quickly I could pump up the tire for the size, definitely will recommend this to anyone who doesn't want a bulky pump.
