Royal Doulton Gordon Ramsay 40023769, 6 Piece Knife & Block Set, Charcoal Grey, Stainless Steel, Black, 23cm

Purchased as a gift for Christmas '21 due to the old set being blunt. All I can say is these knives cut through foodstuffs like a hot knife through butter. Manufacture quality is superb, as you would expect given who designed them, and who made them. The knives are very comfortable to hold which gives you more control when cutting/slicing, the knives appear to glide through meat or veg. Have not needed to sharpen any of them yet, however, I hope this will not be needed for some time. I would recommend using them with a wooden chopping board rather than marble, for example. With that in mind, the Santoku knife is simply amazing for vegetables and really does cut perfectly. That being said, each knife is very well balanced and a reflection of the man behind its design. Overall, very impressed by this set from Gordon Ramsay and Royal Doulton.

Needed a new knife set and these are top notch, very sharp on first use, so be careful, as wife cut herself. Quality knives by a quality brand.

Really lovely knife set. Easy to use and come in a good stand. Easy to clean (not in washing machine!). Bought as also recommended by friends who purchased this exact set. Worth the money.

These knives are amazing! So comfortable to use, especially with that stand, you can just slot them back in. They are crazy sharp so just be mindful when you first whip them out! Easy and comfortable to hold and use and very easy to clean

The knife block itself is great and looks really nice, the knives are good and pretty sharp, they are very well balanced. but the bread knife blade doesn’t fit into the filaments properly and pokes out at the handle end by about a cm. it takes some wiggling to get it to go in to the block, it’s not a massive problem it’s just a bit annoying

Brought these for my partner for Christmas and he’s amazed with this product. The knives cut effortlessly, design is easy to hold and the holder is great knives just fit back in place wherever you put them. Delivery was on time and product as described.

Fed up with not being able to cut meat , so brought these as middle range price , wow so great used them the other day made preparing dinner so easy great for the price recommend to all .

Gostei muito do conjunto. O acabamento dos cabos e lâminas estão ótimos. Apenas a faca Santoku a lâmina próxima ao cabo não está lisa. São de inox e achei as lâminas grossas comparada a algumas marcas que já tive como Victorinox e Tramontina Century.

Los mejores cuchillos precio-calidad! Los recomiendo ampliamente solo cuidado al lavar- usar la parte verde la esponja los raya. Mejor lavar con fibra natural o algo “cero rayas”. Los cuchillos son funcionales, de buena calidad y estéticos. 5 estrellas!

I've been looking for a quality knife set and seem to always be impressed by the design of the ones I see Gordon Ramsay using. I assumed if he has his own line and uses them himself that they must be good, and they truly are. They feel great in your hand, they are heavy enough to feel like you are in control, but not so heavy that you aren't. They are quite sharp and do a beautiful job of cutting through anything in the kitchen. I also prefer this design over the traditional wood block as it does indeed take up significantly less space, and there isn't a specific spot each knife has to go, if just fits, leaving you with more time to do what matters...cook. Would buy these again in a heartbeat, truly excellent and worth every dime I spent on them.
