Great unit & great seller
This unit is a cost-effective way of joining the current trend to use hygienic & convenient Eastern toilet technology. Toilets in Japan and Korea now normally have this technology and using this system has become a growing trend in the West. Can you put a price on feeling clean? It's possible to pay in excess of £7000 for a toilet with this system integrated, Flory makes it possible to add it to an existing WC pedestal for a few £hundred. I found the seller to be very helpful in answering all my questions and the package arrived very quickly. The unit comes with a UK 13 amp moulded plug attached and it also has an in-line RCD. The Tee-piece linking the water supply to the unit is standard half-inch BSP and screws straight into normal UK pipe fittings without any modification. Fitting was straightforward & quick. The unit functions well and has many options. It's a Green device saving water and trees (i.e. the thousands of gallons of water & thousands of trees used to make toilet paper), has many power saving features and a low standby usage of electricity. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone. I have also recommended it to elderly relatives as it would definitely make issues of infirmity less troublesome. 'Bottom' line:- having used this for over a month, we wouldn't go back.

Don't Buy!!!, Seats Crack in 7 months to 14 months, internal components fail
Hi, I have never spent time in writing reviews. But in this case as i lost my money. Thought if i write a review may be that will help others. I had purchased 2 toilet seats FDB600 and FDB300. First 3 images are when both of them developed cracks for first time with in 7 months. As both seats had cracked may be i should have taken a full refund, but the seller convinced me its rare and they will replace the seat. I agreed for replacement as installation itself cost lot of money. Buying another brand would have been more complicated for me. With in next few months one of the replaced seat internal component failed. Again as it was still under warranty they sent another replacement, and i end up again spending money for the installation. This time unfortunately for me the replaced seats survived just few days over 1 year and now i have been told. if i want i can buy new one. Overall if i include the installation cost i have spent around £1000. which are now of no use . These are all china made, which are obviously not good quality. It is far better to buy branded seats . Save your money

So far so good. Looks smart and works as intended
Some points about this Flory electric bidet. First thing is I wish I had changed the pan at the same time as the "hump" at the rear of this seat does reduce the actual seat length by a small amount.. I bought the one that fitted my toilet pan and while perfectly suitable I would have preferred a bit longer seat. My fault as the size guide given fitted my standard pan perfectly. Fitting is very simple taking maybe 10 minutes (once you have the water and electricity sorted) and the only difficulty is the electric wire which needs to be run across the seat to allow the seat to slide onto the base screwed to the pan. Providing the water & electric supply was a bit more of a problem for me but not insurmountable, just took me a long time as I had no suitable power supply nearby. The actual seat seems fine. It works as expected and looks very smart. Only time will tell if it is durable! Short addittional comment after about 3 months. Seat is very good but developed a fault with the water heater recently. I was a bit concerned as the seat came from Chine but their CS was superb. Emails were replied to within minutes and without argument a replacement seat was arranged with delivery in a couiple of days. If only all CS was as good as this!

Long Term Review
Really excellent product and does what it says it will, unfortunately there is a design fault. There are two removable 'feet', they should be in the four holes you can see towards the top of the seat. The bottom two 'feet' are moulded and are part of the seat, the top two 'were' made of some sort of flexible material and push into the two holes you can see each side. Unfortunately one of these feet disappeared, no doubt fell off into the toilet and was flushed away. Once you have lost one the seat rocks a little side to side eventually leading to the damage you can see. These two feet are more flexible than the bottom ones, obviously for a reason, but they need to be permanently attached in some way. Whether by checking and regularly making sure they are pushed right in might have saved them I don't know as we were not aware of the problem until one was lost. I have suggested to the seller that they need to warn customers of this potential problem and ideally include spares in the package. The seat is working fine, but for the sake of these two little feet, we have to throw the whole thing away and replace it for another £300.

Great while it lasted
I wrote the review below two years ago and gave it give 5 stars. Unfortunately it has now broken down with a firmware problem and needs a new board. It's out of warranty so that's that. It wouldn't be so bad except that the cost of an electrician and plumber to install was quite substantial. Not something you'd want to incur again after two years. I will say though that Flory have communicated very well and responsively. But concluded that I'm out of luck. ---------------------------------------- We first used these in Japan, where they are absolutely bog standard, as it were. The Japanese have no doubts whatsoever about the benefits of high technology in all aspects of life, which is why there is not a trace of embarrassment or annoying potty humour associated with these wonderful devices. Hygiene benefits are obvious and they are genuinely a pleasure to use ! Who wouldn't want to sit on a heated seat and have warm water sprayed and warm air blown in strategic places ? NICE !!! As for the product. UK regulations mean you can't use the 3-pin plug in a bathroom/toilet, so you have to get an electrician to to bring in sealed wiring from outside the room. The lead supplied has a circuit breaker safety device near the 3-pin plug, it's OK to remove the plug but not the circuit breaker so the electrician has to connect the lead to the new wire inside a junction box. If your toilet is near a bathroom cupboard you can put the junction box in there. Otherwise you have to connect outside, which might be a problem as the lead is only about a meter long. It's not really feasible to replace the lead entirely and remain within regs. The plumbing is theoretically easy if you have plastic pipes. Otherwise get a plumber. Overall you need a bit of nouse to install, or get in the professionals. However it is a truly great product and about 1/30th the price of the old fashioned solution which is marketed as a complete unit for the disabled. Why should they have all the fun ? And get ripped off in the process.

Really good - but how long will it last?
I bought one of these. Only the 600 version has the "automatic" button which washes then dries. With the 300 you have to press wash, then press dry. There are other differences, but that's the main one! Buy the "normal" version. The elongated version doesn't fit any toilet known to humanity, as far as I can see. Its water connects using an adapter where the cold feed goes into the cistern, so should be easy, though I fitted a "flexible tap tail" connector to make it super easy. It needs a mains supply as well. In my downstairs cloakroom, that's no problem, but in a room with a shower or bath, you need to have it wired in properly: you can't use a 13A socket in a bathroom or shower room. This was so impressive that after a few months I bought a second one. That is still working just fine, but the first one started to run out of hot when still washing your bum, then last month it decided to only wash using cold water. That's not nice! Luckily, it was still one month inside the end of the two year warranty. I got in touch with the seller through Amazon. They said not to worry: they would send a "new heater" (presumably a heating element I can fit). After a couple of weeks I asked where it was. They said it was coming from China. Not to worry. Let's hope it arrives before the guarantee runs out, and I can fit the part. And let's hope it lasts a bit longer next time,

Save paper
When I ordered this i was given a delivery of about 1 week. It arrived next day which was Easter Sunday. I wasn’t expecting such a quick delivery. I have done a quick install to make sure it works, i will explain why later. Fitting the base plate was very simple and seems secure enough, i recommend to fit some double sided sticky foam between the bowl and plate to stop the seat twisting. My father in law is a hefty unit and he bust the last toilet seat so its more to handle his weight than our own. The unit comes with a connector which is a T piece. Undo the 1/2 inch toilet connector and fit the new piece in between. My toilet was hard piped and had zero downward movement so I couldn’t fit the T piece. I bought a 15mm pipe cutter and a 15mm pushfit to 1/2 inch bsp flex hose. Total cost £20. The seat comes with a 3 pin rcd plug. We cannot have plugs in bathrooms so this will have to be removed once you know it works. I don’t know how this will affect a warranty. Having found everything working i took a look at the plug. It looks tamper proof but isn’t. A small terminal driver managed to open the triangle head screws. There is a fourth screw hidden behind a plastic cover in the corner that looks blank. After looking inside it is possible to reuse but i still decided to remove the plug and wire into a spur. The lead is short so needs extending. I used a waterproof 3 pole connector block. Cost about £9. The lead is short on the seat so i would imagine most will have to do this. If you want to use the plug supplied then you can unsolder inside the plug, add your extension and re solder. Anyone with a decent tool kit can do the job. Took me less than an hour once i had been to screwfix. The seat works well, the seat heater is quick to warm as in a car. It can also be turned off. The water jet is perfect for me just using the auto button. I saw a review with photos of damage to the seat. On fitting mine i can see how this can easily happen. The seat back does not rest against the cistern, there is a big gap. Anyone resting against this (father inlaw) WILL break it. I will show a photo. I don’t lean back but i will have to make a modification or make sure i tell guests not to lean. It’s quite a bad design which could have been engineered with a different hinge. The second problem is the water filter which comes with the seat. There is no way to connect it without finding out what the fittings are and buying more pipes. Why didn’t it come with everything? I have left it out and won’t be installing it. Lastly is the looks. It’s not very pretty, it looks worse than the pictures. This is in our downstairs loo, I’m not sure the wife would allow it in the main bathroom. To sum it up, you will have to spend a little more to get it fitted. (Fused spur, connector, flex hose) but the install was still quite easy. It looks a lot like a disabled toilet. No more expensive wc wet wipes and works much better than wipes. Performs as well as i was hoping. Relatively inexpensive to buy/install

Made for one time mount with cheap/brittle plastic.
First of all this is not made for toilets which don't have underneath access to mount the fixing screws. Once you manage to pass this step you will find out that this is one time mount item, once mounted there is no way of taking it off your toilet as the plastic has 4 clicks and 2 hooks which once are clipped there is no release mechanism to release it. It seems to be made of brittle plastic which I don't think should be used for toilet seats, especially that the it doesn't align properly with the toilet regardless of the shape.
