I've been using the Magic Gel Hip Ice Pack Wrap nearly every day during my recovery from FAI surgery and to manage flare-ups from hip bursitis—and I can't recommend it highly enough. The straps are good quality, if you wanted to you could use it on other parts of the body so it's quite versatile and I have used them for years with no leaks or issue other than the velcro thinning out after approx 4 years!

Brilliant at relieving pain in my op area since my hip replacement. Stays flexible when frozen and I can leave it out between sessions if I want to ice again free 20 mins as advised. Good quality product

I bought the xl im am size 18 the strapping was tighter / shorter than I would of hoped as it was the largest size to fit my hips Other than that its been very good to help with bursitus in hips and thigh just using it against the area sitting . lasts a long time over the recommended 15 to 20 mins of use Easy to use fits in freezer drawer

Had to get two of these to help with post-operative swelling following my hip replacement. Were a life saver to help with the pain and swelling. Highly recommend Comes with straps so that you can really hold in place. I got two so that once I used one I could use the other straight away

Too cumbersome to use. A waste of money

I found this highly effective at cushioning a sore hip during the night. Once it was on I was not aware of it as a "thing" strapped to me and it didn't interfere with sleep or turning over in the night, but it was just thick enough in the gel department to protect a sore bone. Very adjustable.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but this hip ice pack genuinely exceeded my expectations. Dopo anni di stratagemmi alla MC Giver , con stracci e altri materiali di recupero casalinghi, finalmente ho trovato questa soluzione! Comodo e versatile, nella dimensione ideale per qualsiasi parte del corpo. Ne ho comprate due sia da poter usare contemporaneamente su entrambe le parti del corpo, sia per una questione di spazio. Infatti quella per la schiena è troppo grande per trovare posto nel congelatore ma unendone due vanno benissimo anche per una zona basta come il dorso.
