I bought this item because my girlfriends car is always having battery problems and she doesnt know much about cars or how to connect the battery from other car to hers. So I started looking for a solutions to this and I found this type of battery packs/car jumpers. At first I was going to buy the first one that appeared on amazon but I started looking at what they came with and the specs. After reading a lot I found this one to be the perfect one and here is why:-It has a flashlight (nice little extra feature)-It has a device to tell you if your connection to the battery is correct-It comes with two usb ports, both with quick charge-The case it comes with can carry everything, looks good and makes it easy to transport-Build quality is great-12v adapterSo as soon as it got delivered I gave it to her and she has been really happy with it, she has already used it once to start her car without any help (just the manual) and did not even asked me how to use it. I also used it to charge my phone (Samsung s8+) and the quick charge function does work. I really think this is something everybody should have on their car because you never know when you might need it but it's always better to have it and dont need it than to not have it and need it. So yes 89.99$ might seem like a lot, but trust me its worth every cent, look at the pictures to see the quality of it and what it comes with I hope they can help someone decide.

 Great jump starter！So pleased with this purchase.It is much smaller than other jump starters，so you can put it in your bag for charging cellphone.And there is a led flashlight on the top.Great design！

This thing is awesome! I bought it because my motorcycle battery died over the winter and I needed to jump it. I ordered it for next day delivery which was free with prime so thumbs up for offering that as well. But anywho I opened it up and was surprised it came with a nice organizing case I didn’t notice that when I bought it. But I charged it up and plugged in the alligator clips and bam my motorcycle started right up. Then I also have a car that has been sitting in my driveway for the last year and decided to play with my new toy and it started that right up with no problem as well! The flashlight on it is pretty bright, good for emergency’s in the car. I was also able to charge my surface pro with it. I can’t recommend this jump pack enough. Hope my review helped someone.

My car is pretty stable in terms of the battery, but it happened once or twice that I really needed a charger. But since regular long wires are too space-consuming as well as a bit too high maintenance, I decided to go with this one. I like that it comes in a handy case, so everything can be packed nicely without taking a lot of space/looking messy in a trunk. Also, the manual is easy and would be useful for my girlfriend who borrows my car from time to time.I actually hope I won’t have to use this charger but it’s always good to have something you can rely on. Great purchase!

Measured 59Wh of output capacity, which is 80% of the spec 74Wh. This is actually pretty good. I've seen jump starters that output only 50-40% and I sent them back of course. This looks like a keeper. The only drawback is its size....however the storage case is flat, unlike some bubbly cases - so it can fit in narrow areas.UPDATE: After ~3 weeks of it sitting in the car, I took it out and re-measured. It barely lost anything,... at most 0.5Wh - that's really awesome!

I didn't know this category of products existed, and I should have bought this a long time ago. I saw it through Kinja Deals and decided to buy one for my wife's car, so she wouldn't have to ask a stranger for help. I've used it 4 times so far on 4 different vehicles and it's magical (2 minivans, a small SUV, and a midsize car). Here's a list of my favorite things:- It's really easy to hook up, and on all 4 vehicles, the car instantly started after I connected to the battery.- It used very little power from the iClever battery. Still showing a full charge after 1 use.- Holds it's charge really well. I've had it in my car for 3 months and it hasn't lost any power.- Ports are great. It uses USB-C to charge. My phone uses USB-C so that's a plus, also has regular USB ports.- Includes the USB-C to USB-C cable and Wall Adapter.- Charges up quickly- Has Quick Charge 3.0! Even if this didn't work as a Car Jump Starter, it is an incredible portable battery pack for my phone! I bought an Anker 20,000 mAh battery just for my phones a couple of years ago and paid almost the same price just for that.- Has a nice organized carrying case that is easy to store under my seat.Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the Jumper Cable attachment is very short. It would be easier to use if it was a little bit longer. On the other side though, it's super easy to store. If it was longer that would make it difficult. I think I actually prefer the small cable. I work in IT with a lot of technology, so I'm usually great at nit-picking and finding some ways they could have improved, but this is a well thought out quality product.I liked it so much I bought another one for my car. I used it to help my neighbor whose battery was dead, and he immediately bought one too. This is a really great product. Kudos to iClever.

We purchased this starter brand new off Amazon in March 2018, used it once to make sure it worked (which it did), then put it in the trunk of my daughter’s car. We didn't see it again until last month when I pulled it out and plugged it in to recharge it. Unfortunately, it didn't respond the way we expected despite trying to troubleshoot it using the instruction book that came with it. We contacted customer service through the website on Nov 26; they responded to us that same day and told us to return the product, no other questions asked. They sent us a prepaid shipping box and we sent them our charger Nov 28. We had a brand new, working unit in our hands December 10th. That's less than 2 weeks for 100% resolution of a problem I wasn't sure we'd be able to get fixed. Congrats to iClever for creating a simple, delightful, expectation-exceeding process! We're very grateful.
