Will this heal hypothyroid?  can you eventually go off very low dose ndt?

No it will not heal hypothyroidism.  It will point you to what "not to eat".  Specific to an individual's needs. Physical abdominal reactions after consuming foods not healthy for "my" body.  You may have different food sensitivities that you are unaware of.  I found it to be a useful too.
