I ordered this for my fiance to clean a suede purse I had bought her. It's a light color and shows dirt easily. We didn't think we would be able to bring it back to its beautiful color but we were wrong. In just minutes and minimal effort this product cleaned the purse and restored the color back to looking brand new!

Brand new nubuck couch took a full bag of microwave popcorn grease in the first couple of days. Huge deep stain on couch. I did some research on products, decided to try this one with honestly low expectations. The stain looked like the kind that are permanent. Followed directions and patiently kept doing a quick treatment every few days. I would say after about 4 treatments I could see dramatic improvement. I would say 6 treatments, each lasting about 60 seconds with drying time in between was all that was needed to make grease stain disappear. I am blown away. Highly recommend if you are patient and can follow directions.

The cleaner seems to work pretty well and is fairly easy to use, but I don't know what the handled plastic brush is for, and there are no accompanying instructions other than those on the bottle of cleaner. As for those instructions, DON'T FOLLOW THEM! Rather than spraying the cleaner directly on the material you're cleaning, spray it on the included microfiber towel and apply to the spot, or else you'll have more spots to clean. If you already have a suede brush, just buy a bottle of cleaner and use your own rag & brush.

I was very pleased to see that my order had arrived on time, I was very sad to see that when I open the box that the cleaning cloth was soiled, Also the new container cleaner was not full, so I don’t know if this was a used item that I received? Both of the cleaning brushes were both clean. Purchased this kit to clean my berkenstocks.

This was wonderful for removing the dirt on my suede purse. I ended up not using the cloth because a white towel works a little better. The rubber end was like a magic eraser for suede and I wish I had purchased this earlier. Will work wonders on those expensive suede shoes too. It would help to buy 2 of those rubber brushes as the more soiled the fabric, the more it wears down. The other side of the brush restores the nap of the suede and works amazing.

This product was not of high enough quality to do an effective job. In fact, it made the boots worse. We took the boots to a professional, and they restored them for $40. I made the mistake of purchasing this, please do not make the same mistakes as me. This product is not good in any way.

There are no clear instructions on how to use product. Damaged my nubuck shoes. Doesn’t clean good enough for the stain to go away.
