So my hubby bought this as a temporary light until we had more time to search for a "better" one. We need to put in a light for the house inspection. But I love this light. Just a clean, minimal design but with enough "wow" factor to stand out. We're keeping this light and won't bother looking for another one. The price is also great! P.S. We have lighting that cost in the tens of thousands in our new home. I'm a firm believer in paying for good lighting. This one is just so cute at a nominal price. LOVE IT. BUY IT!

If you understand that all light fixtures according to this standard use the same 3 wires/components you shouldn't need instructions.That said, if you are a DIYer, I recommend reading up a bit on how to install a light fixture--the provided instructions are, frankly, useless. I can't stress this enough for your own safety. The process is EASY, but safety comes first. The diagram won't properly explain how to connect wires to an less savvy homeowner/DIYer, nor details on grounding.They DO however give you a simple ground wire to connect if your fixture lacks one and only has a screw. The whole body is metal, and the INTERIOR mounting plate gives you holes to wrap/connect your grounding wire into.Keywords to search, if desired:--Installing light fixture--How to use wire nuts--Light fixture wires hot and groundAs for aesthetics, the exterior finish is clean, the interior welds aren't noticeable from the outside/ceiling, and the flexible neck holds its position well enough.Tip: I personally taped an aluminum sheet (aluminum on one side, clear on the other. An "insulation" sheet that you place under rugs and such) to the inside of the frame to make a "shade" so that observers won't be staring into a bare bulb. Not only is it less harsh on the eyes, but it improves the appearance as well.

This cute cube actually appears larger than its dimensions, and has good heft for its size. I didn't install it, my contractor did, so I can't vouch for ease of installation for a non-pro, but he seemed happy with it. It's over the kitchen sink, and doesn't obstruct, or compete with, the view out the window, and adds a little excitement to the simple, Shaker-style cabinetry. I really like the uniqueness, especially for the price. I recommend it, and would definitely buy it again.

Bought this to go with the design in my room. It does cast a bit of a shadow so depending on how you turn the fixture you'll get more light in different areas. Easy to install I have a small room and the led bulb I'm using gives me enough light for what I need.
